Stacey, I love curried goat! We had my daughter’s college graduation party at our favorite Jamaican restaurant in Atlanta because I had to have some curried goat! I’m going to make that next. I bring back Jamaican jerk and curry seasoning whenever we go to our vacation spot in Jamaica. I usually use on chicken and now on goat!
