Storage System for Camping | How I Stay Organized
We’ve found some great solutions to make camping more manageable with our family and dog! Apache cases from Harbor Freight very durable and have range of sizes, which is perfect for organizing camping gear. Plus, getting good deals on them makes it even better. They also have a lot of camping essentials like stakes, carabiners, tarps, flashlights, and tools, which are crucial for a successful outdoor experience.
I lucked out with the more spendy cases with some super sales that went on a few years ago.

Pop Up Camping with our Family of Five | First Trip of the Season!
You guys really had a nice camping out there in the forest with pleasant scenic views........enjoy and stay safe and sound Vani USA.
Great video, that area is really special!
it really is. Thanks for watching!
Great set up thank you for sharing.
I was thinking "This guy has more stuff than most people in their house!". Then it started raining. Then suddenly a lot of that stuff was sooooo useful. I'd opt for a 2nd raincover or an even larger one if it often rains where you camp. I mean, nobody anywhere wants to get soaked then have a bunch of wet clothes they need to dry.
@@swilhelm3180 you’re absolutely right. A much larger tarp was the first thing we bought when we got home from this trip.
What is that on top of the ryobi battery at 3:21 ?
It’s just the charger. I opted for this version over a base because it’s smaller and more portable.
@@upstateoutside Ive never seen that charger before. Do you have a link?
@@matthoward1174 It's a slow charger, but it is small and compact which is super niceamzn.to/4cWSgYn
@@upstateoutside Cool ! Thank you so much! I always look for multiple charging options for tools.
How long will this bluegill run a dometic 25 l cooler before it needs to get charged on 5 day camping trip
Hey! I couldn’t find any specifics for how much watt draw your unit uses. Our 45 qt cooler uses about 350 ish watts per day running at 36 degrees. This does not take into account how much you open the cooler, how hot is outside, and how cold you want things. I think you would have no problem running it for at least 4 days with conservative use and without any solar or power recharge. But I don’t think 5 days would be unreasonable, but I think it would be close. I put a link in my description for the unit, I imagine Amazon will have some good savings with prime day coming up next week and Bluetti almost always posts sales during these times. Hope this helps!
What brand is that screen room yall are using for the picnic table? Great video btw!
thank you! the screen room is the Nemo Victory Screenroom. amzn.to/3zDv4jC they recently made a brown version to blend in better with surroundings, though the green does surprisingly blend in quite well with trees. The brown should be better with bugs being attracted to it. I would wait for a sale, prime day comes up soon but backcountry and rei frequently have 20% off. Spendy, but the materials are top notch.
Beautiful vlog
Thanks for watching!
What a beautiful family you have. Thanks for sharing your vacation with us.
Thank you 🫶🏼 and thanks so much for watching!
I watch your videos and I leave very hungry lol!
❤
I think you need a vacation from camping because this whole video I didn’t see you sit down and relax for more than five or 10 minutes that’s crazy
Haha I do sit and relax. I try to make the experience as memorable and enjoyable as I can for my wife and kids, if that means me busting my butt, so be it! Haha
@@upstateoutsideyour a good husband and father watching you do all the cooking etc . Watching you all from WA state.
@@Jakethebear2021 we appreciate the kinds words. Thanks for watching!!
Love the setup! What brand is that green canopy? The size looks perfect.
Thank you! The size is great, it fits a picnic table with room to walk around if the bugs are really bad. the brand is a Nemo equipment
Fabulous!
What a beautiful video!!!
@@annragsdale8847 thank you, we appreciate that!! And thank you for watching!
Great video and good example of real world test. Does this fit in sedan trunk?
@@hakunamatatak47 Should. The dimensions are listed on their site. It’s a taller cooler but should fit no problem.
What a great view/picture!!!!
No time like River time ⚓️🧡
I love your pop up camper
Thank you! It’s unique, and very high off the ground, especially at this site!
@@upstateoutside I'm currently tent camping but I would love to be a one to upgrade to a popup camper like yours in the future. I would like to be up high off the ground too. 😆
@@thetravelouscrew even if everything goes wrong with the camper, we are at least off the ground, and that’s a good feeling! Haha
Awesome video!
Thanks for watching!
Love the captions and then the kids on fast speed. Nice work!
We thought both added some entertainment - thanks for watching!
So I have on question. Notice Bluetooth doesn’t sell an extension for the solar panels. Can you recommend one I bought the Bluetooth 200Watt one and I also have the Bluetti AC180. I needed it to be at least 10’ long. Just subscribed as well.
Yes absolutely, we use the extension cables from Renogy. You can grab them on their site or Amazon. They have all different lengths. We have a 10 + 20 ft. They work great. amzn.to/3RT66TD. Thanks for subscribing!
Thanks for the vid mate. I just bought AC180 for this exact same reason, to keep my portable fridge running. Cheers again from Australia 🇦🇺
Perfect sized unit for a smaller fridge. Thanks for watching!
"Free energy. Well not totally free. Had to pay for the stuff." - Gets me :)
It’s a painful truth!
Yum!!!!!
Dude, camping is about chilling. I got tired just watching you chase the details of your solar setup.
You are right, let’s call this glamping then. Nothing about going camping with a family is easy work. But we do it for our kids and to make lifelong memories.
I have mine in the house hooked to four 100w panels. Looking forward to using it on the road. Thanks for practical use video.
Glad it was helpful. We only use it to power a small 12v fridge. But it does some pack some power for short term AC usage!
Awesome setup you got! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! Glamping at its finest 😂
Awesome 👏
Thank you 😊
Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing. 👍7
Thank you for watching!
Amazing setup 👌🏽 it’s always great to get the kiddos out and experience nature!
Thank you! The kids love it, each time gets easier 😂
Love that hammock chair
It’s the best spot to relax!
