I'm leagaly blind and I have cancer I was told by a manager he could help me after me explaining I also was a victim of the past 3 years of i identity theft and steel to this day and I was limited on income and I only had $ 500 for a dawn payment he told me and my wife he could help I xspland I really needed a care to make my appointments and I was on foot it would cost my to get to him like $30  he told me no problem to come When we arrived we met and he had a nother sails person deal with us they ran are credit and showed us a car and died it was the one we could get in to and it would be a little bit longer and we would do the paperwork and hour later the sails rep had come back to have me call a ud verafyer for the identity theft clearance then a nother hour later he comes back telling us we had Ben approved but he needed to find out if I had a case manager for my disability I don't see what that has any barien on it but I had told him yes and then they told us they can get us in to the car. For a $9500 dawn for a $12000 car didn't show us the paperwork or exsplane the numbers or anything but I had a nother dealer only ask me for 1300 dawn that same day that morning and it was a much lower budget dealer compared to a national known dealer I was humiliated and inbaresed and had already had Ben there for 5 hours my heart was crushed now they had cost me money to get there and moor to get to the place I was staying in all $90 and pluss took away from what was post to go towards the dawn payment I was upfront with the manager about this who thing I really felt I was taken advantage of because of my disability and I am perusing a suit against this dealer I worked hard all my life and thought for this country payef into the stsstom and I'm now the victim of identity theft and became homeless at one point because of this what happened to respect and honor dignity humanity royalty integrity and customer service im ashamed to say im an a disabled anamarican vet im apoled and sadened that a company that says they stand behind their vets and they do for there cumunuty is fouls this dealership I speak of only cares about its numbers and sails and how they can bring more people like me in to take advantage of them may gog have mercy on them and God bless us all and this country with the hopes we will make it grate agin Patrick cavanagh 07/05/2024
