So much appreciated your nice tutorial , the beginners are very thankful and many blessings ! Educative 🎉
Thank you so much it was really helpful 😊😊😊😊
My average values are different , I dont know why
Very very thanks ❤
Saved me at 11:30 on a math assignment that was due at 11:59, Thanks!
Hi! How would I add another layer to an existing regression formula, as in this example? If we wanted to show more data
Thank you very much! So helpful
Thank you for the great explanation. Very helpful!
love it. very explanatory, short and to the point video. no wasting of any time and all important points covered. helped me finish my assingment just before due time. great stuff. However for newbies - If the data analysis option isnt there, goto FILE > (at the bottom) OPTIONS > ADD INS > (at the bottom there will be a button) GO > tick Toolpack addin and press OK
you save me broooo. I just spent a couple mins to search where is the data analysis option and wondered why it isn't in my excel
hello I copied your data input but the excel represented different value? why did that happen?
I love you Mona
Can we say simple! Thanks I needed this 36 hours ago still have time to re-check all the calculations I made.
Thanks a lot for this great tutorial!
absolutely love it...thanks a lot....It took me few hours to understand this initially and the video did that in 5 minutes....
direct. thanks.
ur the best !
This is such a good video
Best video so far on linear regression
Helped me solve a math problem. 10/10
Awesome Video Mam ..great work , keep it up
a master at work 🥶
Great examples
this is why im hopeless in my class, follow vids to a T and cant get it not going to graduate because of this i double click axis and the optjons are not there for me
THANK YOU! bro just saved my career🙏
still helping even thou its been 7 years thank you <3
So much filler, i just wanted to know how to FORMAT it in excel. Stop trying to teach us what X and Y are. Left a dislike. 🖕🏾
Thanks for explaining it wonderfully 🙌🙌
Would love it if you shared the excel file so we could follow along and do it with your tutorial!:)
no nonsense, straight to the point
Hello, I did linear regression, but my teacher did not accept it because the number of steps in the formula was low. How can I increase it?
You are amazing and this is awesome!
You're a life saver. Thank you so much!
Great video, thank you very much!
Lady you just saved my thesis
thank you :) this is very helpful
THANK YOU
kiedy przyzna się pani do błędu ?!
Why is the R squared in the actual graph different than the R squared of .3846 vs the R squared outside the graph? Correlation measure of strength of .62? Thanks.
If you were wondering about (-0.62_)^2=0.3844 vs the R^2=0.3846, they are really close. The issue is that the -0.62 is rounded. Before she reduced the number of decimal places, she had r=-0.62016, and that value squared does round to 0.3846. I hope this helps.
Why was the year not used at all here? Asking because it is listed along the X and Y axis.
Because this is a simple regression which has only two variables (an independent variable and a dependent variable). We are seeing how changes in the interest rates (independent variable) explain changes in the house prices (dependent variable). To include year in our regression, would change it into a multiple regression model (which is actually more robust at explaining causal relationships as it holds the other variables constant).
What if the formula gives you a minus instead of addition? Did I enter something wrong? I mean excel did all the work.
why is it all my physics professors say linear regression is different from a trendline but you dont??? Im so confused cuz I know if I put a trendline in my graph im getting points taken off...
I wan to know i could use similar methods construct confidence interval for variance. Some should share a video with me. Thank you
What a clear explanation. I'm beginner and I understand clearly. Thank you for sharing Mona.
Can u share your dataset?
Thank you Mona, nice video :)

thank you sooooooooooooo much bb
I'm so angry. Excel got rid of the Linear Regression function :(
This video does a FAR better job explaining this than my current statistics class, thank you.
