Yeah, people always try any new fights in PF if they don't want to be in a static environment. Sometimes you get a good group, like this one, and do actual progress, or better yet, clear the fight.

Idk where everything is in ST. I just use the search bar, at the top, to search for what I want and then fiddle with the settings available.

I have, 2 years ago, when MD first released. But since then, there is no need for that engine in Dragunity anymore, because Bystials exist, unless you play the Gameciel variant or the Dragon Gate variant.

Well, of course! How else am I supposed to beat an FTK combo with a board full of UNAFFECTED monsters, on turn 0? 🤔

Thank you for the tip, I'll keep that in mind. I kinda winged it against that deck, because I don't know what the cards do, and it worked out. But, if banishing Fantasix is the way, then that makes it easier for me. But, don't they play 2x Fantasix, though? EDIT: Nvm, Fantasix is HOPT.

@@craftymindgaming Also. Another way to stop them is just using Ash against Rouge Doll. Unless Terror Baby activate his effect beforehand, Rouge Doll is 100% vulberable to Ash regardless of the field since she activates on the hand and in the Graveyard. If you negate her, they won't be able to summon her nor Cattle Scream and that really hurts as both cards are crucial. In this case it won't matter if they can keep extending a little more, there will be no FTK.

@Luzbel809 i negated like 4 different cards during their pop off. And then just lost to battle damage. If every card didn't summon another one, i wouldn't have been so mad. Got him down to one card in hand no cards on field, and he was still able to combo me out cause he had the lvl 4.

Yeah. Gimmick Puppet can FTK but the combos can be frail if they don't have the right amount of protection from the Field Spell, Bisque Doll and Terror Baby. And even then, they are totally vulnerable while in GY.

You don't have to defend yourself. Play what you want, and accept the consequences 😈 But seriously, how do I stop the Gimmick Puppet FTK consistently? Is there a way?

@@craftymindgaming D.D Crow the worst nightmare for their rank up spell and Bystial to remove their Fodder from GY! ash blossom and Droll just kills their adding from deck!

@@fatjontredhaku388 Using Impermanence over Fantasix can also hurt a lot if they don't have the rank up on hand, not only for the fact they are unable to go to Fanatix or Dark Strings, but because they also don't get the Extra Normal Summon.

It doesn't matter what you play dude. This format is so messed up, everything is broken, and then there's stuff that's even more broken, it's really dumb. Play whatever makes you happy man. And remember, the chances of your opponent playing a completely fair deck are slim to none.

Sometimes, I do play some Tenpai variants, but I prefer the Bystial playstyle more.

Glad you're enjoying the deck! Keep playing with it in Ranked, and practice more combos in Solo mode, and you'll eventually learn how to play around, and through, some disruptions. My videos are here to not only entertain, but also educate and showcase what the deck can do, after all.

It depends on what you want your deck to have. - The Bystial package offers a better turn 1 board, plus a better grind game and add a control aspect to the deck. It also offfers a better recovert and recursion of our cards, with Regained. Your going 2nd turn, however, is a bit weak. - The Tenpai package offers a better Going 2nd turn, with a simpler OTK line, if you play the Sangenpai Dragons. Also, Tenpai allows for more hands that lets you go into CW on 5th summon, as well. Your going 1st turn, however, is much weaker, without the Bystial package.

Unfortunately, we don't really have a good play under Maxx "C". All our opening plays require special summoning. It all depends on when they Maxx "C" and what's in our hand. Usually, it's better to just pass and rely on hand traps to keep us alive. However, sometimes, there are few options: - You can make Seals, with just 2 special summons, and pass, but that alone is weak. You would need hand traps to back it up. - If you play Senatus, and open it with a " Dragunity " card, you could pass on Senatus equipped with a Lv.2 tuner. In case you survive, that would make it so that you already have access to Phalanx or Remus, for the follow up. - Taking the challenge is, almost, never worth it, but you could go for it if you'regoing 2nd and they already thinned their deck and have, at least, 1 monster on the field (turning off imperm and Gamma).

Many Duel Terminal lore archetypes have been getting new supports, recently, so maybe there is hope, in the near future for some Dragunity support! 🙏

That's also a viable option, too. I tend to avoid playing with floodgates, on principle, but as long as YOU are having fun with it, that's all that matters, mate.

That is rough. There are rare cases where you can play without Gae Dearg, and establish small boards, but there is no specific way of doing it and it all depends on so many factors: - Did you successfully Synchro summon it, first? - What resources did you already access? - Where did it get banished from? (ED, field or GY). - What was your hand, at the time? etc. The best you could hope for, is to find a way to summon Dis Pater and use its " destruction " effect to recover Gae Dearg back from banishment, even if it was banished face-down. Or, you could try to play a slow control game, by relying on the Bystial package.

@craftymindgaming Thank you, bro. I really like Dragunity. But, I realize that the deck still has many weaknesses. There are many bad things that I often experience when playing Dragunity, for example: 1. when Gae Dearg is banished 2. Gae Dearg and Romulus effects are negated. 3. Tributed by Nibiru when summoned more than five times (if it's still 5 times and getting tributed, I think I can still continue the combo). But, when I see you play, all of that looks easy for you to play the deck.

@@raflihaidar760 Yeah, I can understand your concerns. The thing with Dragunity is that you need to play it a lot, and practice every 2+ card interactions in your deck, to understand how to play through disruptions and how to recover from them. Not all hands can play through stuff, but also not all players would recognise if a hand can play through it or not. Dragunity is hard to learn and even harder to master. You gotta be fully commited to it and be patient, as you play more and learn. The rewards will come naturally, later.
