i’ve watched a few of your videos, i just started seeing your channel. you seem like a perfectionist, as am i. the back of your rugs look better than anyone’s!..including mine haha. my question is, how do you trim the felt backing so nicely to the edge? i have trouble seeing where to cut whether i do it from the front or from the back, and when i do it from the front im concerned that i’ll cut some of the yarn and mess up the edge. id love to see exactly how you do it,,any tips?
Hi, I recommend cutting from the front and following the grooves. Don’t worry too much about the yarn since you’ll trim those later, as long as you aren’t cutting the tufting cloth. Best of luck!

Is it possible for you to make a video on how to clean your rugs? I assume they aren’t very machine washable, I would think it would be too ruff on the rug. Is there a certain way you tell your customers how to clean them if need be?
I recommend just a light vacuum or hand wash the dirty spots if needed. Machine washing and all that is totally up to the person, I can’t recommended it since it might damage the rug.
