Writer, Brian Reisinger, on the troubling financial and mental decline of farming communities
Brian Reisinger recently published a book entitled "Land Rich, Cash Poor" in which he shares his own experience as a farmer's son and the struggles of farming communities across rural America. I learned so much from Brian about the current crisis in rural America, and I highly encourage my viewers to watch this interview to learn more about the silent cries of the farming community.

Why doesnt he mention his hydrocephalous?
Hello, is there any other way to communicate?
Hi! Do you mean with the missionary in the video?
I remember Danny from when we were in elementary school. He used to sit on the hood of the car to get maximum attention when his mom drove him to school. We went to Woodland Hills Elementary. I remember him once being on the outside of the chain link fence that surrounded the playground, making fun of us girls playing tether ball, calling us flatsys. There was a doll then, called flatsy doll. They were flat chested. He was quite a character.

Video killed the radio!
My husband and I have had the honor of getting to know this couple fairly well before their marriage and through this ordeal and I can attest to the fact that Janson seriously wants everybody to be loved on and blessed around him, basically no matter how terrible he feels, which is been pretty horrific at times… Janson is just pure joy and kindness! And oh how he loves that beautiful wife of his. ❤Kaitlan has been one of the most amazing, persevering, strong, honest, godly young women I have met in my life. It is unbelievable and encouraging how she advocates for him and loves him. You can just see their love and their friendship when you see them together. We pray constantly for total healing for Janson, and we are all amazed and thank God for Kaitlan‘s determination and faith in God.
They are an inspiration to me and a testament to Gods power
Sam, it's Staci. I wish we could play 21 again. I need a pack of cigarettes.
Nice to see Danny and get an update. Sounds like he is finally finding a good quality of life, and it's great to see him positive and upbeat. Your honesty is refreshing and it will always help people seeking answers. God Bless you, brother!
Thank you for watching the interview!
😊❤
What a piece of artwork this Dr. is. It's your right to know not her right to keep it away from you for 2 years.
It’s so hard to hear! I was really blown by what she said.
These questions were brutal. Less of an interview and more of an interrogation

Box breathing! Deep breath for count of four, hold for four, exhale for four, hold for four - start over! I do this all the time!! And to ensure you are taking a nice deep breath put your hand on your tummy and fill it up first and then your chest. It works! I'll try the ice pack! ❤
Love this!!!

Thank you Lord Jesus!

Faith moves mountains and obstacles.
You definitely don’t get addicted when your life is going well. Addiction happens when there is an emptiness within. True boredom and loneliness even drives rat to be addicted. Most people live shallow and meaningless lives, so naturally they are miserable. Food addiction, sex, violence, drugs and screen addiction are the beginning of where people seem to be filling the void. I didn’t snort lines because I tried coke once. I faced lines because feeling anything other than “normal” was a must. Started with food, self harm, cigs and led to drugs. Happy to say I’m no longer an addict for almost 2 years now. I healed myself through writing, true friendship and constant self care. Anyone can do! 2 years and since the day I quit, I haven’t Gina a day without craving, but, the cravings mean nothing to me. To truly make a decision, one can be free!
Thank you so much for sharing that!
You can become addicted at any point in your life.
@@ArtThouGardener any one can. I’m aware of the extremes, which is why I make decisions everyday. If I were to let my body make decisions, I’d probably be dead. This is why I give use to my hippocampus, to reorganize my memories each day. Clear the garden to plant new seeds so to speak. I don’t live in fear of what can go wrong, as that leads to more going wrong. I simply try to pull the weeds as they come, and plant new flowers or fruit. I love that I have the power to make decisions! It’s a beautiful gift. Being an addict was a time in my life I learned a lot about myself and others. It was an important part of my story but a chapter I choose to put behind me. I still draw from the lessons and learn new things as time passes. I focus on prosperity naturally because I know that I don’t want anything else. If I say that I am sick, with a healthy body, I will eventually get sick. Even just the power of the subconscious will align with these words. I choose to empower myself with my word, and let go of past identities and labels that others deemed for me. Only one who can really know you is yourself :)
I think it goes both ways
@@catfishhunter6828 everything does, if things were black and white there would be no variation to existence. Complexity is born from these little nuances. Everything has a on or off so to speak, and it changes relative to what it’s compared to. An ice cube is cold compared to boiling water, but an ice cube is also hot compared to space. It’s understanding how the objective and subjective are interconnected and present so much variation in experience. Everyone is right, by their own experience. And everyone is also wrong, because of our own experiences. At least, that’s how I see it
How did guess that she dressed "goth"? Also, yes her nose is a little big but it is well-shaped and is part of her distinctive look.
I had the misfortune of waiting on Danny at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. I’m still having nightmares.
I am so sorry you had a rough experience :(
Drugs really are the worst. Addiction was a bitch.
Life is so damn hard. Hints that there will be relief, beyond our imagination, gives me hope. My sister had a bilateral mastectomy earlier this year. She's recovering and doing well, although I suspect its an unimaginable lost, that I can't imagine as her brother. She said to me, shes not her breasts. It has increased respect and admiration for supposedly the weaker sex. Women are warriors and beautiful however the packaging. May your future life explode in happiness and joy.
I love Kate's song "LIFE'S A GIFT" ... I'm more than sure that Jane in her now Heavenly Realm heard and loves her little sister's tribute to her life on this earth. God Bless You for sharing your music and inspirational message .❤❤❤❤
It’s a favorite of mine as well!!
🙏🙏🙏🙏👼
Mine too. ❤❤❤
I didn't know that people believed that you can't recover from mental health struggles. Satan sure loves to grip our minds making us believe there is no freedom or peace.
Love people more than I love myself ❤❤❤

When I was a kid I liked you in the Partridge Family, and as an adult I thought you were a douche bag and I must apologize for that. You see, like so many people I confused your role for who you are as a person in real life. I felt disappointed in your choices and your lifestyle because of who you played in a TV show. Just like so many others, I thought how could you be a role model to millions and then do the things you've done??? But I never took into consideration what you were going through in your life. I never thought that actors are just regular people with a good paying job until I worked production for a studios I will not name. I've seen first hand how shitty being an actor can be. You take a lot of crap and abuse from directors and producers as well as writers because you have to be the embodiment of someone else's vision. It is sad and shameful for such an industry that is intended to bring joy and entertainmm to the world. You're truly a good guy Danny, and I am sincerely sorry for all the things I've ever said about you that you've never heard or read.
Your correct 😁
I think your right❤❤
lol FR
I suffer terribly! I even have mini-strokes from anxiety which causes depression.
I am so sorry :( I get it
@lamentofhopepodcast thank you. I appreciate it. Have a lovely day friend
Praying for you today
You aren't alone. Very real. Don't forget to stay present and breathe until it's over
Ps. You got this
Working on that now with my therapist!
@lamentofhopepodcast hehe, my non-doctor opion.. if the heart flump thing ends you with a feeling of curiosity, you're on your way to a healthy head 🫶
My heart actually feels like it flops sometimes. I feel like I always have them and the flops are intense moments
Mine does too! It is scary :/ I find that breathing deeply helps me to calm my body and prayer
@@lamentofhopepodcast I've dealt with this for 47 years. I used to (rarely still do) get sick every morning anxious about all the tasks I needed to complete. It sucks.
I am so sorry, but glad to hear that you have grown in this!! It is very hard.
Also...isn't she a WORLD CHAMPION FIDDLER??
AWESOME MUSICIAN!!! BEAUTIFUL TOO!!
Thanks for listening!!
Yep. It's normal for people dealing with severe anxiety or panic attacks.
John 3:16. Read your Bible. You will find the truth there.
