High risks are currently bugged so they perform worse than they should, a fix is coming soon. Also the potential for violent tornadoes in this update is insane. A 10,000 cape boost on a public server got a 380mph tornado, and you can get to within 1000 cape of that now. A 308mph tornado happened a few hours after release. Good luck chasing!

Lol in twisted if I'm using tiv 2 or dominator 2, I always deploy off the main road, only on dirt or grass (since the vehicles can't deploy spikes on concrete) however dominator 3 can deploy spikes on concrete
