Yo this set up is freshhhhh!!! Wish I would have set mine up like this to have a walkway down the middle. I’m gonna take bits and pieces from your build and put it into my trailer. Love the little gun holder rack where you get that at? Holds all your tips and nozzles. I wish I would have went with the slim tanks instead of the 100 gal loaf. In the center: where did you get your flooring at? That rubber sheets?
Floor is garage floor mat from Homedepot. You can glue them down per manufacture. But there mainly sold to park your car on in the garage. The gun and tip holders are sold on amazon. What’s your experience using the scooter to go door knocking? Do you get positive or negative feedback from customers? I’m really thinking about getting one for door knocking as well
Have only used it once for passing out some flyers. No calls but it was only about 10 passed out. I use it when doing large parking decks to run house and check on my guys etc.
Awesome setup. The only thing that stands out is the exhaust burn mark from the machine. Maybe you can put an extension on the exhaust pipe while using? Or maybe there is a safe way to pipe out the sidewall? I love seeing what guys do on trailer builds. I did an epic setup for my business in a different field, mounted cordless tools and specific shelvings. It's rewarding when you know what you want and where it should go, it speeds the work up exponentially and if you get others helping they'll come to learn where everything is and where it goes back to. I labelled my bins so you might want to do that on each of your tools drawers to stop from searching and make sure others put everything back in its proper place.

@@paulsuli3581 Sold the van and now rock an enclosed trailer . Had a kept the van I was going to seal the sh top and vent the tank outside if the van. That’s what most professional skid builders do on enclosed trailer and van builds !!
How do you get all your custom?
Tank Cages are from Cigar City Soft wash. The tables I had made to my specs by there fabricator who makes the tank cages. Its not something they stock but they can get you a quote on whatever as long as it can ship on a pallet.

How did you get your tanks to light up is it just led underneath?
Amazon 12volt fishing light in green . Drop them in the tank . They’re made to work underwater. People use them to attract fish at there docks .

Yes and 1/2 inch.

I had it custom built by a fab shop.

I am amazed that an NV200 can be used for soft-wash but that is too "shoe horned" for me. I had a hard enough time adding a gutter vacuum to my NV200 window cleaning van. It is nice to save gas but I would just charge more and the let the customers pay for my gas and bigger rig. As mentioned below, you should have a bulkhead in case of a hard brake or crash; it might be required.

Yea im wondering the samething. I feel it's perfect set up and it provides you some security as well. You can stop somewhere for lunch and not really have to worry about some @sshole trying to sabotage or trying to steal something off your rig.
@@nathan3647 Agreed. Each to there own I suppose. Some people struggle with trailers . Especially backing them up. I bought a wireless back up camera for the trailer. Best 99.00 I ever spent.
I live in a cool climate so the enclosed trailer allows me to keep a heater running in the winter without having to winterize which is great because we do work all year round. It is a little slower to get up running on a job but like all of your decisions in this business; there are trade-offs and you have figure out which is best for your own circumstances. I got some ideas from this build which might come in handy on the next build.

How do you have the sh tank plumbed underneath to vent? Just a hose with a hole drilled through the floor?
Not vented yet . But my trailer has the side vents and a roof vent so it stays ventilated. Yes I will soon drill a hole and run a vent hose through the floor.

@@stillXpist how is venting it outside of the trailer not safe ? That's what all the reputable skid and trailer builders do in our industry. If you seal the vent on the cap and run a sealed vent hose from the tank through the floor of the trailer all of the sh fumes will vent outside of the trailer. Are your not familiar with that process ?
@@vulcanpressurewashing I am familiar and all enclosed trailers I’ve used in 15 years have had some form of interior corrosion over seasons of regular use. I wouldn’t put anything of value inside a trailer… if anything a desk and laptop that comes out each day would be best

Cigar City Soft Wash. You will need the tank stand also. There pricey with the stands.

My Bro you have your surface washer tips placed incorrectly. They have to be in a straight line with the bar, otherwise it's a great rig! SESW is a great company!
That was fixed long ago.
Just for your safety I will recommend put the aluminum panel behind the seat.if something happened to you the sh will cover all over your body and you don't want that anyway nice setup wash on.
