Tl DRI lost all my skins. I did what you said exactly what you said down to the letter. I lost everything. All my characters gone all the skins gone accessories. Gon I still have my money and start coins though the progress I made. But all my skins characters. All that gone done gone. I'll even know where it is.

Can confirm it has been patched, I waited for the shop to refresh, that’s how you get the “special dialog” and did all the steps correctly. Bought the pack and did the last pack and it was the same.
