Hi there, in absolute awe of your models, I was wondering could you produce models of any vehicle? Do you do this through photogrammetry, or with photos as reference, or with measurements? If you do, how much would you charge in commission to model a particular vehicle with photos provided?
Thank you. This is a long process and expensive. I have never worked with photogrammetry, but it would be a very rewarding experience. What car brand in 3D do you want to create?

You can use FreeCad to create surfaces. To print a model, you need a slicer that will prepare the model for a 3D printer. Have you come across the process of creating and preparing 3D models for printing before?
