There is no underplaying how much Vaneasa meant and still means to the Lincoln community, even if she may no longer be “The General” of Lincoln.

So where the hell is the champage in this champagne chicken recipe?
Champagne is a type of white wine, and it can certainly be made with it, but because regular white wine works exactly the same, it's a perfectly acceptable substitute. There's really no need to use a $50 bottle of champagne to make it - if you've got leftovers from one that would otherwise go to waste, by all means use it. If you want to use something akin to actual Champagne, use Prosecco, Cava, or Sekt instead. When I make this dish at home, I typically use a half-dry rosé.
I am very interested to apply in your farm as milker or dairy farm worker, I am currently working in a dairy farm here in Taiwan
Sear on one side? I didn't see any searing or Maillard effect. Messing around with a chicken breast as soon as it goes into the pan. No shallots, no Champagne. All in all I would pay about $8.00 for the raw ingredients and do it up better than these guys. I bet they think they're cute charging like $20 a dish or more
If you put that much butter and heavy cream on a tire from the side of the NJ Turnpike people will eat it.
I have actually been to this restaurant multiple times, and it's a really good dish. The restaurant is really something as well. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Note that this recipe uses white wine not champagne as in the title(I know champagne is a kind of white wine), but really.
