Sir I know so many overseas investors in Uk. They completely Lost Trust in Pakistan. What happened in Pakistan. So Now these investors will invest in Uk or Dubai but Not in Pakistan. Rental yield is very low in Pakistan
Sir, normal rental is low but furnished short term rental is high. Secondly property appreciation is very high in Pakistan as compare to other countries (Except open plots & files). This appreciation compensate sometime to low rental. Thanks for your input.
