UPDATE: The remaining H5 cars that went to Buffalo for refurbishing have been scrapped as Lagos opted for Chinese built trains instead.

that's the one problem. i was out one day for cab shots on the TTC. i waited for an H5. none showed after about an hour. i gave up and got a T1 instead. Believe it or not. i left at Sheppard from the T1, and then an H5 arrived as i'm leaving these days i just asked my friends to tell me what subway their on. once a week they're on an H5. well that took a lot of typing

I dunno why but I have always had a love for the TTC trains ever since I was a child I have all ways wanted to drive one, I even wanted to work for TTC but dunno if that's possible

I see you posting these on several video clips, be realistic none of the H6 subway cars have been retired yet, they will be all gone possibly around 2014 the same year when the TTC's new streetcars start entering service, as for the H5's there are only 5-9 trains left so far on the YUS line, you may want to catch a ride on one as they will all be gone in over a span of a couple months.

I believe they have more of the H5 subways during peak periods so far and a few during the weekends so far

Yesterday, I fucking had to wait so long at Bloor station for an H5 to Finch, then finaly I got one by rushing from the Downsview track to the other side of the platform. Also somebody at Finch told me that they only have a few of those trainsets left. By the way Nice video dude!

I actually got at least 1 H5 today at the last second.

Don't worry, the H6's will probably have another two more years of service before they are retired.

They should plan an H5 subway retirement charter like they already did when the H4's were in their final months of service.

The H5's are slowly dying out as more TR trains enter service, some cars have already been retired, and you should make the best of it as they are still around as the last cars are scheduled to be retired by the first quarter of 2013. As for the H6's, it is presummed that no trains have been retired so far, but they should stay in service for another year or two until the next batch of TR's enter service.

Oh, The next thing you know is that all H5's and H6's are being retired very quickly by those TR trains by the end of 2012, sucks!!!

7090 was retired this year. When you saw it, it must be before that.
