Looks like a combination of Foundry Bulwark, Scorpio and probably Ridgeway's Pride (bleeds on enemies heal armor)

@@seidreine Cant be Ridgeway's Pride. Look closely at the perk line and you'll see Sawyers Kneepads "Stand Your Ground" perk show up.

Another build that i also really like for more of a solo, run and gun, dive tank build style is the same 4 piece set with armor regen on all. 1 piece Gila and 1 piece D&H. Both with weapon handling and armor regen as well. Use adrenaline rush and intimidate as the talents. Add repair skills on your mod slots. And finally use the technician with the artificer hive. Run the liberty pistol. The shield will still be tier 6 thanks to technician and the liberty will hit like a truck when fully stacked and you can keep those stacks going without worrying about headshots since the hive will heal the shield.

@@ImYankeeGG it does. I don't really go for headshots since I don't want to lose the stacks though. The added weapon handling helps keep the shots on center mass

Honestly. This build is better than all red dps. Because as soon you do big damage. Npc will simply lay down fire on you. To point where you can't shoot back and have to hide in cover. And in solo you just can't peek out, it as being in open is like death zone. With this shield setup there is still bit of damage but you can take the hits. So build has 2 factors, damage and toughness. Making it better than pure dps. Again, you don't do much damage if npcs are melting you instant.

@@ImYankeeGG I run a 1.7 mil armor build for Legendary with certain groups. Police M4, Ceska, Grupo, Fenris, Belstone, Memento, Foxes, Crusader Shield, Healing Drone. I hold aggro while allowing my squisher teammates to pump damage while pumping out constant damage myself, I end up top of the charts on damage most runs(because I never stop shooting)while also being top damage taken. Use this build without Scorpio and it just doesnt work. You crutching on a broken weapon and mistaking being able to survive with good. I watched some of your other videos, your aggro is low that most of the mobs ignore you.

@@ImYankeeGG Most of us understand your build and purpose but you will always get a few that have a lot to say but miss the whole point altogether....
