You can just use your strongest team, kafka is just better for DOT domain. Once you have the required scepter, any team can easily clear it.

Start by using Xiangling E/Q then switch to Kachina and hold her E then spam Attack Button. You can also bring another 2 characters like another geo character for easier crystallize reaction.

53rd is bugged, it will only spawned the first time you visit the place. After the first time, it will disappear. While 43rd should not be bugged, probably taken it before.

You need to interact with her and choose the first option(red option) and enter the battle(where she will reduce your party members' hp to 1) and win the battle then you will get the lost item from her.

That's the other event. Give her 2500 gear coins and you will receive the lost item. In this case, you meet her the first time and she will disappear. You need to meet her on the 2nd floor in the same run and give her the coins to receive the item.

There is a bug for that mora chest where it will only spawn when you visit the area the first time. After the first time, it will disappear.

I doubt most people would have actually remember which ones they have gotten and which ones they haven't, so timestamp for it would not be that useful. So I decided to put a number count on the bottom left of the video for each ones I got. People looking for the ones they missed can just watch the video and fast forward to the part where they have missed. Though thanks for the suggestion.

Camellya is only available as a trial at IV stage. If you are looking for VI stage then there is a video where I use Rover to clear it, link to the video is in the description.

Then you would use Rover too, since Rover could clear VI stage (the hardest stage) easily which means you could use Rover to clear all stages.

Ya, you just need to unlock the Gift of Dreams node in Thought Evolution. It is shown in the VI stage video. It will make all your characters below lvl 80 increase their level to lvl 80.

No, you must have a natlan character in your team and anemo character to trigger swirl for the buffs unless you want to challenge yourself without using the buffs.
