One of my favorite solos of all time. I still get goose bumps listening to it after I don't know how many replays. Just the total feeling and energy given off. Must have been amazing to see in person. I also love how much Carter is picking up on it and enjoying it. Just a classic.

The sound on this mix, comin thru my new Vic Firth brand headphones is utterly amazing. It really sounds like you were sitting close to the many 18" bass PA speaker cabinets at this event getting hit w his bass drum on every lick! I've watched this video probably 50 * the last two months and just watching it today every single time I'm Blown Away how good John Mayer is on the guitar. One of the best performances of all time !!

JM can sweep just as well as anyone ever. He’s just the best. A lot of SRV vibe. SRV was faster and dead accurate when he played but I appreciate how melodic John is with his playing, it’s something that can’t be taught.
