Sir really you explain it very easily
You are also missing the genetic factor to ADHD my son was diagnosed with ADHD when he was a child I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2006 so there is a genetic component to this besides dopamine problems in the norepinephrine
Perfect explanation 🤩
In my country I can get access to Ritalin or concerta that’s it and based on my experience concerta is way better than Ritalin or Ritalin (sustained release)
I haven’t experienced any decrease in appetite since taking it for 9 months. I still eat and sometimes feel even hungrier after o already begin eating.
Thanks
Medicine should be used to help you having to depend on your doctor to do all the work for you in time for the greater good Keeping this in mind a drop of water 💧 can be studied for a lifetime. With any prognosis their must be math. As an example how many things changed during the content of this being shared. Starting with a measure 📏 their are 1 billion atoms ⚛️ in a single inch side to side. Under view of an electron microscope. Naked to the eye 👁️ Also naked to the eye 👁️ 🩸 lined up side to side their are 3,200 red blood cells in a single inch they are our ( erythrocytes) which carry oxygen hemoglobin iron and, a variety of molecules changing in a variety of ways an factors remember C = 1000 Ty for sharing friends Team Earth 🌎
Thanks for such a simple enough detailed explanation! No where in the internet can be found! Only you explained so perfectly in just 3 minutes. Thanks a lot! I have shared ur video in reddit and quora -------------Adderall / Amphetamines: Amphetamines/Adderall increase the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine by promoting their release and inhibiting their reuptake. action 1: blocking reuptake aka inhibiting reuptake: - it blocks the transporters which usually removes/takes-back the dopamine and norepinephrine from the synapse space back into the presynaptic neuron. - this way more dopamine and norepinephrine stays in the synapse area. - thus increase of dopamine and norepinephrine in the synapse area and are available for the presynaptic neurons to bind with, thus brains makes us to do. action 2: promoting their release: - it promotes the release of more dopamine from the storage sites of presynaptic neuron into synapse - thus much more increase of dopamine in synapse space. This increase in dopamine and norepinephrine levels helps improve focus, attention, and alertness in people with ADHD. -----------Ritalin / Methylphenidate: Methylphenidate/Ritalin increase the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine by inhibiting their reuptake. only action 1: blocking reuptake aka inhibiting reuptake: - it blocks the transporters which usually removes/takes-back the dopamine and norepinephrine from the synapse space back into the presynaptic neuron. - this way more dopamine and norepinephrine stays in the synapse area. - thus increase of dopamine and norepinephrine in the synapse area and are available for the presynaptic neurons to bind with, thus brains makes us to do. This increase in dopamine and norepinephrine levels helps improve focus, attention, and alertness in people with ADHD. ------------Overall conditions that can be caused by: 1. if the storage sites in the presynaptic neuron cannot produce enough dopamine: - Dopamine deficiency - Parkinson's disease - Congenital dopamine deficiency disorders - Hormonal imbalance (especially: Thyroid hormone imbalance, etc...) - Adhd Adhd is a complex condition, and dopamine deficiency might not be the sole cause. [medication: stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, etc), non-stimulants (Strattera), antidepressants (Bupropion, etc)] 2. if not enough dopamine in the synapse space: - Adhd Adhd is a complex condition, and dopamine deficiency might not be the sole cause. [medication: stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, etc), non-stimulants (Strattera), antidepressants (Bupropion, etc)] - Hormonal imbalance (especially: Sex hormone fluctuations, Growth hormone deficiency, etc...) 3. if the dopamine receptors (D2) in the postsynaptic neuron cannot be activated to bind to dopamine: - Dopamine receptor dysfunction - Schizophrenia - Hormonal imbalance (especially: Sex hormone changes, Pituitary tumors, conditions affecting cortisol (stress hormone), etc...) [medication: for pituitary tumor, hyperprolactinoma - dopamine agonists (D2) like Cabergoline, Bromocriptine] Note: ADHD is dysfunctional dopamine signaling (the way dopamine is produced, released, and interacts with receptors in the brain is impaired), so on point 1 and 2, (ie; stages of presynaptic and synapse spaces). Also, Adhd is a complex condition, and dopamine deficiency might not be the sole cause. Note: ADHD also has a non-medication therapy as well. Note: Hormonal imbalance has many cases like: less libido, thyroid disorders, infertility - testes/ovaries, less testosterone/estrogen, erectile dysfunction, pituitary benign tumor, prolactinoma. [medicines: many for each mentioned] So if you have ADHD do check all the symptoms of these conditions and get yourself tested on these as well (especially hormonal imbalance) with your doctor! Hence ADHD is generally comorbid with other conditions.
Bahar ❤👍👍👍😍😍😍
Adhd is real. Those who had ADHD ,please avoid medication such as Metoclopramide, Ciproflaxcin, and Benzodazapine, lexapro, and antipyschotic. I say so because they worsen my symptoms, and I also end up having akathisa.
Sadly I took lexapro for my anxiety and I completely agree that it worsens symptoms
@@PersianCyrusII I'm sorry your symptoms got worst , I hope you would find a doctor who will hear you out, a doctor and patient relations is a two way communication, if your doctor refused to hear your concern , fire him. The best way to manage your symptoms is to listen to your body, get yourself well informed with each medication you are put on, do not expect these prescribing doctors to tell you everything, they will never tell you everything. You have to be in control of your own health.
@@melvyncarrot4741 thank you for being kind but I don’t take lexapro anymore I only took it for 4 months when I was 14. I didn’t even know what it was my parents just gave it to me. Thanks you for looking out
loved it
Adderall just works better
if you ever feel tempted to abuse ritalin and/or adderall, don’t, it’s real screwed up
help i cant focus on this video because i have adhd :( can you sum it up in 10 seconds
They’re so much fun lmao
Great job but Adderall inhibits re-uptake as well as releases dopamine. I prefer ritalin because it only inhibits re-uptake and thus you’re less likely to burn out your dopamine receptors.
How sad that this channel does not upload more videos! These contents are pretty useful for my studies and for many people as well.
Awesome
My health insurance, medicare, nor my pharmacy insurance covers this medication THAT COST $1200/shot!
AMAZING.
one blocks to keep more there , one producers to keep more there
Funny that while im on ritalin im getting intrested learing about it
Thank you. This video was very educative. It also helped by being straight to the point.
Thanks a lot
levothyroxine not a fan i feel like crap on this medicine if my doctor dont change it im just going to stop taking it. it SUCKS
Great lecture......helps a lot
ADHD has nothing to do with your brain. THere's nothing wrong with you. It's due to stress and bad relationships. Don't take the drugs they will ruin your life.
LMAO what? ADHD will RUIN your life trust me, talking from experience
@@nimaahmadi8547 psychvdrugs will literally cripple your mind and end your life prematurely. You don't think I write this from experience? Don't play the victim. There are no biomarkers for adhd. It's all bs. Don't let them put you in a box. Adhd symptoms are symptoms of being a human being
Awesome teaching, thank you ❤❤❤❤
Excellent teaching. God blesss you for teaching and sharing ❤❤❤❤
Brilliantly said. Thank you for teaching ❤❤❤❤
Headache, runny nose, and sore throat 😂😂😂
if we know that prolonged use of mdma/cocaine/other drugs can damage neurons (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7878040/), and vyvanse/adderall are classes of amphetamines. how do we know these amphetamines arent causing damage?
all i got outta this is adderall + ritalin = superdopamine
Metformin is still the Best and Safe❤
No
What about getting super tired as it wears off?
Biggest problem most people have, especially with methylphenidate. Odd that it wasn't even mentioned. These rebound effects are insane.
this video save me for my pharm exam
Long term ppi is no joke. I got C. Diff twice in my 20s and 30s. Low acidity alters the gut allows other problems to occur. Try not to take them constantly.
Pls, what's C. Diff?
Godly
Wow. So Ritalin is basically just Sertraline but for a different neurotransmitter(s). Same mechanism (reuptake inhibitor). Amazing. Yet Ritalin has more stigma than Sertraline
Because Ritalin can easily be abused and people can become addicted to it. Sertraline's abuse potential is very low because it does not produce reinforcing reward effects like Ritalin. Also, this video is highly inaccurate. Do actual research that doesn't involve watching low-quality TH-cam videos that give very incomplete information if you want to actually understand something.
Well explained. Thank you!
Who's ADD is so bad they zoned out before the end of the video?
Methamphetamine is better than Adderall, because it actually makes you concentrate and focus without giving you heart palpitations. Hitler scientist came up with it in Germany also known as Pervatin Methylphenidate or Ridellan is also very good for stimulation and keeping you on point , in my opinion, Adderall is just poison that creates aggravation and aggressiveness towards others. I’ve seen too many blind tests.
How bout i mix the two😈😈
So basically your fucked if you don't stay on narcotics the rest of your life
But if you stop the drug during the summertime then the Psychiatrists will take a hit to their income.
To summarize this for all my ADHD fam: Adderall = Very strong Ritalin = Mild
You can actually cure depression and other mental illnesses , I was recommended to use psychedelic mushrooms to treat it, I micro dosed on it for a month since then I have been living a peaceful and happy, I get mine from an online vendor that specializes on the trade of psychedelic products
Send request to the telegram handle below to contact the vendor

Is it possible to abuse adderall iv like Ritalin ?
What do you do when you get increased anxiety as a result of the medication
My baby's mom is taking a prescription for Adderall and she was always mad and would be aggressive and didn't ever sleep and sexually Active alot and would want me around all the time only for money and to do everything she wants?
