It would actually be good for people to not get random dangerous bacteria from lake water. Yeah a lot of things are contaminated with something but it’s about mitigating risks. Driving is inherently dangerous and a seatbelt might not save your life but that doesn’t mean you won’t wear a seatbelt

Second home in Tahoe city for 30 years. Yes North Shore is by far superior than Southshore. I always say, the people that go to Tahoe once or twice a year go to South Shore. People that go up 15 to 20 times per year like myself,North Shore.
