A therapist will just tell you what you think you need to hear. Everybody has lower mood in the winter. I live with GAD its truly horrendous , i also understand that it has so many symptoms that we are forever self diagnosing extra things or trusting the words of so called professionals. Everytime i talk to the charity mind here in the u.k they say " i think you have ptsd". I was attacked with a hammer at my front door a case of mistaken identity but a experience like that actually would only give about 10 percent of people ptsd. Im basing this on soldiers who were in ww2 only a small fraction of them had ptsd. Similar to GAD, PTSD seems to effect people by a chemical change in the brain. If your father passed in the sumner (,for example) rather than the winter would the psychotherapist have said you have season affective disorder still? What your probably going through is the sadness of loss, mixed with the symptoms of GAD add in some shitty weather and your bound to feel low. One thing to concentrate on is finding a way to live with it rather than adding to the problems. The solution is the cure. Meditation , hot baths to relax muscles, medication can help i tried over a dosen medications before i got any relief but i also go to self help groups and joined a mental health walk snd talk that i found online and that was truly amazing. Kick yourself in the ass a go for a walk everyday its so important to get out in nature. And spirtuality is really important. Go and meet god if your struggling thats what hes there for, what have you got to lose if nothing else is working? Good luck with your future its a tough slog but not impossible.

Its been 9 days since i gave birth and suffering from urinary retention.mine is due to uti which i developed during 5th month of pregnancy. i am on catheder for 5 days yesterday they removed my catheder to check any progress but wasn't be able to pass uine.I don't know how long that's gonna take.

How awesome! I just watched this one after coming across your chemical pregnancy video. It’s so encouraging knowing you can still get pregnant after loss. I’ve been watching a bunch of videos on this. I’m still trying to conceive after having a chemical pregnancy right before Christmas of last year. It was so heartbreaking. It was the first positive pregnancy test I had ever had, so at least I know I can get pregnant. My husband and I just started to try again in October. No luck yet, but I’m hoping and praying soon we’ll get another positive and have a baby. Was there anything specific that you did that time that might have helped? Any special lubricants, supplements?

I’ve always wanted to be a scaractor in Universal Studios Hollywood’s HHN for a long time. In fact, I went to HHN last month for the first time. It’s so much fun to go to, and it’s not as terrifyingly scary as I thought it was. I’m so relieved that I can take being scared (I got scared 4 times during the event.). I just laughed off the scares I got from scaractors. Well, I want to audition for HHN next year, because even though I’m a nurse, life’s too short not to finally do my childhood dream job, which is be an actress originally. Then a singer since I was a teenager. It’s a huge decision to give up my nursing job for months, so I can do this scaractor job, if casted at the event. A friend told me to audition for Knott’s Scary Farm, which just celebrated their 50th anniversary. Thanks for this video.

This happened to me twice this year. My doctor made me think i was crazy. My levels weren't at 0 for blood. I could tell the nurse was very compassionate and listen to what i listed. My doctor just looked at me like i was crazy, i didnt want to take another test because i already took one and it was negative. She made sure that i looked at it. She just told me i wasnt pregnant at all, even with 3 positive tests and then negative. I still feel crazy
