Seeing the whole Justice League together at the funeral shows how far this show has come with introducing so many heroes. This version of the Justice League is actually fantastic.

“Somebody Save Me” being clawed into the wall was a bit cheesy. But this episode had some really huge moments. Lois getting closure with her mother, Clark finally seeing the message his birth parents left for him, and Tess discovering her true identity. Lois finally entering the Fortress while conscious was also a big deal considering Lana never went there after “Reckoning” was erased. There was actually a deleted kiss between Clark and Lois in the fortress. Granny Goodness and her female furies were also pretty cool.

Class president is still politics and this episode is about politics. Bees are also having a colony that runs on bee politics too all their own. So when Sasha said that she didn't asked them to come back in swarms like that, she forgot one thing that bees are loyal only to a point to their leaders that's exactly what Chloe said to Clark about bees regime politics. Sasha should have taken a page of that handbook more seriously when or if she's on kryptonite or not. Damn, even bee politics have a dark side and she's on the wrong side of that!

This episode was incredible. So many fantastic moments and scenes. Personally I think Clark was ready to become Superman at this point but they had to postpone it for this last season to be possible. Jor El was being unreasonably critical of Clark considering he just made the ultimate sacrifice as a hero. And the way Lois found out was the best in the series. She found out on her own by recognizing Clark’s kiss whereas Chloe and Lana just secretly saw him use his powers. Lana specifically set Clark up to be caught

Zod really grew on me throughout the season. At first I thought he wasn’t very threatening and found the acting a bit cheesy. But this episode was fantastic where he feels like a genuine threat and the commanding leader that Zod should be

Seeing Clark have to look at Lana and Lex was just annoying cause they were all annoying but seeing Oliver look at Clark and Lois is sad cause Oliver and Lois ended on good terms and they are friends. That’s what Clark and Lana should of had instead of being toxic to always going back then breaking up etc😊

The romantic drama is so well done. Last season Lois fell in love with Clark, but he still didn’t have real feelings for her. This season Clark has fallen for Lois, but now she has feelings for the Blur. The duality in Clark’s life is causing him problems, which is what great superhero stories are made of. Smallville’s writing may have lacked in some areas, but the character drama and development is some of the best in the Superman mythos

There was a deleted scene at the end where Metallo puts the chip back on so he loses his emotions, which hints at him turning evil. Too bad this was the last we saw of Metallo. His jealousy of Clark being the one Lois chose is a nice element the show added for him hating Superman. I also really liked seeing Clark and Zod team up. Them walking away from the fire looked so cool. Would have been cool if he tried teaching Clark how to fly.

19:23, you can see Pete look from Chole to Clark before he kisses Chole. This small thing held so much volume; Pete basically had a mental battle with himself. Pete’s feelings for Chole were so personal and meant a lot for him to keep it secret. Though since he knew Clark’s abilities and origins and the fact that he chose to spill his own personal feeling before betraying Clark is amazing. Not many people would do that for their friends.

We clearly see in this episode how powerful John is. At this point, he’s way more powerful than Clark. But John and the rest of the team still act like Clark is their biggest gun

Omg Chloe is unbearable. Insanely hypocritical and overly judgmental. It’s such a stark contrast seeing her be an unreasonable jerk to Clark then all smiles with Oliver in the same episode. Makes me wish Chloe was killed by Doomsday instead of Jimmy

I was actually expecting Lois to be more heartbroken when she found Clark and Chloe in the shower together. She was just mad

Funny how everyone else on the show moves into the bed really quickly but Clark and Lois are taking their time. Honestly, I have no idea why Oliver is interested in Chloe. She is absolutely nuts and just below his usual standards, no offense. Also pretty funny that Oliver has slept with every female regular character from this season now. Shows what a billionaire playboy he is. Looking back, I think Lois and Oliver dating was a mistake because it’s just weird that all these close friends have romantic history with each other. Feels weird that Lois was romantically involved with Aquaman, Green Arrow, and Superman.

Overall I really liked this episode but the way the guy dies was pretty random. Zod’s first flight was really well done. Chloe is kind of acting like Batman but way less likable. Also a little confused how Clark knew his blood might save Zod

This episode really ticks me off. I'm rewatching it right now. Chloe's attitude ticks me off because she's acting like such a teenager. But she is a teenager so I guess that's excusable. But while the attitude is understandable her going against her own morals is not. I don't understand what Jon and Martha Kent thought they would do rushing back from the wedding like that. I know Clark's their son and they want to protect him but seriously at least leave the pregnant lady at the wedding. Also, if the ship can change shape, why wouldn't it have done that after it landed and the Clark was out of it because it's a lot easier to hide a golden egg. I mean still it would look suspicious but it wouldn't look like a whole ass spaceship. Also come on with all the light shows. How are you supposed to keep this whole thing a secret that he's an alien when you got these light shows happening randomly. The whole way that Jonathan reacts as well when he's upset at Clark at the hospital and I get that he's upset and I get that Martha lost the baby but The way he spoke to Clark, it's like for that moment, every adopted child's fear is what he lived his dad turned his back on him like he wasn't his son. And then he runs away like a petulant teenager. And yes he is a teenager but still I expect more from Clark Kent. Not to mention poor Lex like come on what is it with these women that he falls for. And I really did like Helen and the way that she stuck to the whole patient doctor confidentiality and didn't share any of the information with him. That whole storyline doesn't make any sense. The whole episode just pisses me off.

The way this show killed off a Clark love interest then a Lana love interest in back to back eps... 💀 (both deaths were so unnecessary too; and my goodness, why would they do Mrs. Fordham like this???)

After watching Lois devotingly putting her life so many times to protect the blurs secret identity I find it a bit hard to understand why he was still hesistant and nervous to tell her about the secret. I know she will eventually find out in the final season but I feel like it should have happened sooner. Not saying Lana or Chloe are less loyal to Clark but Lois have proven herself more capable of protecting Clarks secret and to understand why heroes like him hides it, than what Lana and Chloe have shown when they didnt know about the secret.

Why would he tell Lex after knowing him for like 10 minutes?
