Great videos. Heading there in Sept with my wife and some friends! Your videos are very informative. What is the night time entertainment like? I have not seen that in any videos so far.

We enjoy a good glass of wine with our dinner. We've been to 2 other Secrets resorts and their house wine is horrible! We then had to order off the menu, which ended up costing us an arm and a leg. How are the house wines here?

We’ve stayed in a 1BR at old key west. We had kiddos sleeping in the living room so we had one where the laundry room also connected to the bathroom!

Curious, How do you handle people placing towels down to "reserve" a chair. What is the hotel policy on removing a towel if the chairs are empty?

Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

Me and my wife spent 8 days at this resort dec2/10. It was awesome the food is top notch all the way. The workers are very very friendly. Our favorite was Aolos for scenery restaurants. For most flavourful we have to say Zuka was very very good. We were there on a free trip won on a radio contest of all things lol. We liked it so much we booked our next trip before we left.

Thank you for your video. This is one of the sandals resorts were considering a stay at. Our biggest questions pertain to the beach, specifically the swimming area of the beach. From your video right at the beginning where you showed the beach it appeared like there were sand paths on the bottom of the swimming lagoon. Were the dark areas though rocks or were was plant growth please? Thanks again and happy Easter - Rich

Which is the best first timer; a married couple who will be celebrating our 30th anniversary (he is 54 I’m 57 ) so we kinda party kinda want to have a wonderful time. Thank you for any suggestions

Thank you so much for the walk though of the newest Secrets resort. My husband & I love this brand. Blanca remind me of Playa Mujeres & Moxche. We plan on going to the Tides in April & Blanca 4th of July weekend. We appreciate you taking the time out to do the video.

Is there a spa nearby?

Could not hear anything you said due to all of the wind. You’d think as a travel agent you would have listened to this yourself before uploading. If it wasn’t for wanting to see a walk through of this resort I never would have watched this.

Very thankful for the walkthrough but please do an edit where you re-record your audio and play it over a silent video. Could not hear more than half of what you said due to wind.
