    Bahria town imposed development charges on extension, CSC imposed development charges also but fixed per marla unlike BWC management not according to land size. Plz make a fixed price for all plots size. I think between 1 to 2 L per marla would be appropriate

    BWC - Most Important Suggestions: Continue BWC Boycott for 10 years, no more buy plot and not pay BWC installments. Suggestions: 1. It is most important and necessary for the fast growth and trusts rebuilding of BWC and all stakeholders, after detailed review BWC must be announced officially on the website and by post share a "BWC Revised and Final Plan 2024" with their Partners, Realtors, TH-camrs and Clients which is clearly mentioned after 50% payment BWC will handover physical plot with 50% developed area in their respective blocks/area and BWC will ensure 100% development within 6 months after receiving 100% payment from clients. 2. Development Charges will be standardized at 25%, and apply equally to all on the total Plot/Property cost amount. Receive development charges with the next monthly installments within the next 3 years. Increases are not suitable and not recommended at the current stage, plz ensure 25% Development Charges will be applied with a 3 year payment plan. In addition, 5% discount yearly will be provided for those who pay early (a total of 15% for 3 years, if the client pays within 2 years he will be eligible for a 5% discount or pay now lumpsum eligible for 15% discount). 3. Ensure no more "Chalaki (Artfulness)" and "Hoshyari (Prudent)" . . . . at all ends, means from all stakeholders i.e. BWC, Realtors, TH-camrs and Clients. 4. Moreover, you know better but you should go ahead carefully. . . . . . . 007, , , , ,.,,.,. Miscellaneous Guidelines: 1. Maximum BWC clients buying Files/property through realtors with committed payment plans, which are not mentioned 50% to 100%+ development charges will be applied by BWC. 2. Recently BWC development charges applied indicating it is a pre-planned targeted activity, resulting BWC committed to mentally torching their clients, resulting in clients returning their files and property with a loss and the Mafia again gaining money from the next buyers. 3. In short, review honestly all things from BWC foundation to BWC future, here need to share a clear and reality-matched plan and ensure delivery as per commitment, otherwise in the Future BWC will be degraded through public and overseas campaigns, the loss will be borne by all stakeholders i.e. Market, Project Management, Realtors, TH-camrs, buyers and Investors. 4. If BWC management fails to analyze and meets with challenges, the resulting project is already in failed status, moreover every client has sense and can support and degrade BWC project. 5. Plz remember and ensure this! Boycott BWC Property Investment - Anyone will not invest and buy BWC property for the next 10 five years. Save your money from extra clever and insensitive Realtors and TH-camrs. You can invest in some other safe and secure investment platforms i.e. Banks, National Savings etc. Boycott like BWC (Blue World City) Projects. Remember extra clever, insensitive Realtors and TH-camrs sharing their positive reviews with each other, also removing/blocking comments and reviews of their clients and investors that are not favoured by him. 6. 😮B o y c o t t - It is not possible to afford 40K + 30K average monthly in addition required relaxation for low income people. After the applied BWC development charges, where is BWC Humanity at this stage, BWC mentally torches their clients. It is possible clients approach International Humanity and Legal forms/ Platforms.😂 7. Everyone knows: Realtors and TH-camrs are playing the main role under consultation BWC Management. They are discussing and plan to how is possible get maximum profit from "Bewaqoof Awam". 8. Request to Clients: Keep eyes and ears open and do not forget corrupt Realtors, TH-camrs, BWC Management for any Housing Project management. You can invest in some other safe and secure investment platforms i.e. Banks, National Savings etc (which is investment double in 5 years). 10. Boycott like BWC (Blue World City) Projects. Remember extra clever, insensitive Realtors and TH-camrs sharing their positive reviews with each other, also removing/blocking comments and reviews of their clients and investors that are not favoured by him. 11. Don't forget Awam is Power. Share on a daily basis with your all social media groups, family, and friends.

    اپیل بنام جناب چوہدری ندیم اعجاز جناب سعد نذیر اور جملہ بوڈ آ ف مینجمنٹ بلیو ورلڈ سٹی اسلام آباد ہم جملہ عوام الناس جنہوں نے بلیو ورلڈ سٹی اسلام آباد میں مختلف سائز کے پلاٹس میں انویسٹمنٹ کی ہے اس اپیل کے وساطت سے درجہ ذیل گذارشات پیش کرتے ہیں اور امید رکھتے ہیں کہ اپ ان گذارشات پر سنجیدگی سے سوچ کر عملدرآمد کریں گے (1) یہ کہ بلیو ورلڈ سٹی اسلام آباد جو کہ پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی پرائیویٹ ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی ہے اور معاشرے کے متوسط طبقے کو Affordable Ratesپر ایک نیک جزبے کے ساتھ رہائش کی سہولت مہیا کررہی ہے۔مالکان سوسائٹی اور منیجمنٹ کی Credibility اور integrity کو دیکھنے ہوئے اکثر تنخوا دار طبقے کے لاکھوں لوگوں نے مذکورہ سوسائٹی میں پلاٹس کی بکنگ کرائی ہیں (2) حال ہی میں سوسائٹی کے مینجمنٹ کی طرف سے ترقیاتی اخراجات (Development charges)کے مد میں جس شرح سے فی مرلہ چارجز متعین کئے گئے ہیں وہ ایک متوسط تنخوادار طبقے کے مالی استعداد سے باہر ہیں عمومی طور پر قابلِ بھروسہ اور اچھے Reputation کے حامل سوسائٹیز میں Development charges پلاٹ کی قیمت کے 15یا20فیصد کے حساب سے متعین جاتے ہیں لیکن یہاں تو 5مرلہ پلاٹ کی کل قیمت 700000 سات لاکھ جبکہ Development charges 1000000دس لاکھ ہیں جو انصاف کے تقاضوں کے بلکل منافی ہے۔ بلیو ورلڈ سٹی کے اس غیر دانشمندانہ فیصلے سےریئل اسٹیٹ سے وابستہ افراد اور دیگر سوسائٹیز سوشل میڈیا پر یہ پروپیگنڈہ بھی پھیلا رہے ہیں کہBWC ارادی طور پر زیادہ Development charges متعین کر کے غریب لوگوں کو مجبور کر رہے ہیں کہ وہ جمع شدہ رقم وصول کر کے اپنے فائل بکنگ سے دستبردار ہوجاے اور بلیو ورلڈ سوسائٹی ان غبن شدہ فائلوں کو زیادہ ریٹس پر دبارہ مارکٹ میں فروخت کرے۔اگرچہ سوسائٹی مالکان سعد نذیر صاحب اور ندیم اعجاز صاحب کے شخصی اوصاف ،ایمانداری اور خدا ترسی کو دیکھتے ہوئے اس پروپیگنڈے میں فی الفور کوئی صداقت نظر نہیں آتی لیکن اکثر متوسط طبقہ جنہوں نے بلیو ورلڈ سٹی میں انویسٹمنٹ کی ہے اس پروپیگنڈے کا شکار ہوکر بے چین ہو گئے ہیں یہاں پر یہ بات بھی قابل غور ہے کہ File Registration کے دوران سوسائٹی یا ان کے ایجنٹ کی طرف سے Development charges کے حوالے سے واضح شرائط یا معلومات مہیا نہیں کئے گئے تھے اگر ابتداء ہی میں اس ظالمانہ Development charges سے Clients کو مطلع کیا جاتا تو ClientsکوBWC میں انویسٹمنٹ کرنے یا نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کرنے میں آسانی ہوتی۔ مذکورہ حقائق کی روشنی میں ہم جملہ Clients بلیو ورلڈ سٹی ہمدردانہ اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ اپنے سوسائٹی کےDevelopment charges کی شرح میں ممکنہ کمی کریں تاکہ متوسط طبقے کے اپنے گھر کا خواب شرمندہ تعبیر ہو منجانب جملہ متاثرین بلیو ورلڈ سوسائٹی اسلام آباد
