Thank you for the suggestion! I really enjoy tobacco as a note in fragrance and amber is a favorite. I don't think I'm too familiar with coriander in perfumes, but it's a spice I like. I'll need to keep my nose out for that one!

You're so right! It's really a mixed bag 😅😆 just reading through the comments here, I see so many varying opinions. I think Tiramisu Speculoos is in a league above both of these fragrances. I have that one too, and it's blended much more nicely. While I like Cake Temptation, it seems to me it is not on the same level as some other Paris Corner perfumes♡

I love that you were able to compare it to a designer fragrance, that's awesome! I'm always amazed at folks like you that have a mental library of all these scents 😆 I've never smelled a Parfums De Marly fragrance. I hope to continue growing and becoming familiar with perfume houses that are so well regarded.

@@FragrantFindings Hey, there are WAY TOO MANY scents out there to have smelled everything. Everyday I hear about a fragrance house that I never knew existed! LOL

Thank you so much for the encouragement and for watching! I have to agree Floral Dedication is sweeter and an easier wear. It is missing the green herbaceous quality I pick up on in Devotion. I now sense a creamy orange blossom with a lovely honey tone. They compliment each other so beautifully! I grabbed it on sale for about $25, it's definitely performing way above its price point 😊

@ they came…they are pretty bad. I can handle the cake one with a sort of plastic red candy sparkling scent. The biscuit is a plastic coconut cake smell like from a kids scented sticker. Ha!

I've heard that some folks were unhappy with Devotion, that they're getting lemon cleaner or lemon polish scents from it. It doesn't smell like a cleaning product to me, but it was very green almost herbaceous. I picked up on lemon leaves, some woody tones even but then it began to settle into a custardy, creamy scent. Floral Dedication doesn't have as much of that green tone to me. It is softer and I have a feeling it will get sweeter with the floral orange blossom making more of an appearance. I hope it matures into something you love ❤

​@@FragrantFindings thank you! I definitely get a lemon pledge vibe from it but there's something kinda nice about it as well. I've been using it as a room spray. Maybe I need to put it back into my closet to see if anything changes.

I gave this to a family member because to me it was a just a flat/linear lemon pledge type scent. I gave it so many tries and let it sit for weeks but it wasn’t what I was looking for. However my family member that took it - loved it, said it was really nice !

$40 is not cheap! I definitely agree that quality needs to remain consistent and that can't happen if they focus on quantity and new releases and less on improving the scent signatures.

The way I giggled at fixing it by sending it back 😅😆 That'll definitely fix the problem lol. You're right $40 isn't cheap, and we should expect consistently good quality. I have noticed that lately I'm coming across more duds than wins... I hope the perfume houses consider that quality is always more important than quantity. Can you return perfume to tiktok even if youve opened it and sprayed it?

@ yes. On top of that it's free. I only buy perfumes from there if it says FREE RETURN which is the case for most of them.

@petyachakarova how do you return it though. I had purchased one, and wanted to return it, and I asked the seller if I could, even though I had sprayed it, and they never gave me an answer.

Yes! I think you're right! The caramel may just need time to mature and develop its notes. Si, tienen amaretto en la lista como nota. Pero yo huelo a anís 😆 Tal vez porque muchos licores de amaretto comerciales tienen aromas y saborizantes derivados del anís, o incluyen anetol como aditivo, lo que podría interpretarse como el aroma del anís.
