I ran into an issue however: You need additional access You need additional access to the project: XXXXXXXXX This could be because you have insufficient permissions to access the resource, or because a Principal Access Boundary policy is blocking your access to the resource. To request access, contact your project administrator and provide them a copy of the following information: It's odd, because my site now shows that "protected by recaptcha" on the bottom-right, but it doesn't actually do anything. The form is still wide open and operates as it has in the past. Any thoughts?

Hello Andrew, thank you for this tutorial, is very helpful. I followed all of the steps but still can not see the captcha on my website. On Android phone I see the captcha logo, on a laptop I can send a message without selecting the captcha, and I don't see it at all. Please help! Gracias!

Will recaptcha ever flag a message as spam when it is not? And will I be able to see messages that recaptcha thinks is spam?

Climbo does NOT prevent bad Google reviews. I installed it and tried it. What it does is redirect the customer in the hopes of preventing them from posting a bad review. But on their "Private" review page - which is designed to funnel the bad reviews to a different form than Google's review form - there is a line at the bottom of the form that reads "If you do not wish to address your concerns privately and prefer to post a review, click here". When you click that link it takes you directly to the company's Google Review form and you can leave a bad review there. So, while it seems like a pretty good service, which may cut down the bad reviews, it's definitely not guaranteed.

It doesn't look like the same site in your video. It looks like they are charging now and the dashboard interface is completely different. I was ready to get started until they renamed it White Label Review Management. Could you do an updated video? You did an excellent tutorial job!

I can’t find this site in English, and the climbo app page is also in Italian and won’t translate. Any tips?

Is there a way I can hand my customer my iPad so they can make a review right away (instead of emailing it to them)? So, they only need to write their name and review and Stars instead of logging in to their Google page on my iPad? I am an employee, not owner of a company and don’t want to bother them to signup for Climbo. Thanks for your help
