life is a mess but that's okay
It's so important to know, that it's okay for you to have a day or even a week off. I'm not the best example, because usually when i make a big to-do list for the day and then spontaniously make plans... i feel kinda guilty. I have lots of tasks i want to complete and goals to archieve, which is not a bad thing. It's just an unhealthy mindet, to not let yourself take breaks or have time off to enjoy life and just live in the moment. So even when you're busy and have lots of things to do make sure you make time for yourself as well. I hope you have a nice day and enjoy/ed the video ! :) -leonie
