It depends on the track. A lot of tracks are started from melodies or ideas I wrote myself. But some of the tracks I post have little human intervention. I also sometimes like to add some extra elements like an instrument or sound effects. The AI only generates short clips though so a lot of the work is selecting the right ones and stitching them together into a track.

Yes you are free to use the riddims as you please for any type of project. Even commercial ones. Haha, I will admit this one doesn't have a very conventional song structure. It's fun to play around and experiment.
