You should have painted it silver fine metallic with pearl with a lace on then going over it after taking it off with a red tinted clear to make the red and murder out the black. Then go over it with two coats of gloss clear on top. Knock off the texture and then a final sealing clear. Same amount of work but you would have had a huge depth to the lace sections.

I'm curious about the full face mask you use when spraying. Does it have a replaceable clear shield? How do you clean the clear coat over spray off it because that shir goes everywhere! Also does the glitter go on with the bas coat or he clear coat?

Hey man it looks great! Is the “bed” on yours the original K5 blazer, or is it a pickup bed that has been swapped in? Noticed you have a pickup tailgate without glass. I would’ve thought the pickup and blazer tailgates use different hinges. Bed on ours is rusted through.
