@@TheW1seAi Hi there. My apologies for the late response. Yup. I did prefer this model even though the DC system of the 2017 model is obviously much better and upgraded. But I felt this model was much easier to handle and makes me comfortable to cast.

@@TheW1seAi Hi. The performance of this 2012 model was good and enough. But if you want the latest materials and advanced DC features, you might go with the 2017 model or even the latest model. This is my personal experience and opinions ;).

Hi there. I really apologies for that. The first tool that i show which is very short is used for opening the knob cap and the second tool is for supporting the reel to stand. Hopefully this can answer your question. Thank you 🙂.

This EVO-2000 is better and smoother than Shimano/Synthetic oil. Compare with IOS Factory, the smoother feel is just a little bit different. But EVO-2000 is more smooth instead of IOS Factory. The only issue is you need to apply it frequently. But it depends on what reel you use. For example the finesse reel (usually with a shallow spool) there's no need to apply it frequently. It's only for the middle range reel and big/tough reel.

Hi. Maaf lewat response. Tak sama besar. Berat pun tak sama. Saiz 1016 lebih kecil compared 1520. Kalau nak agak-agak, saiz Ryoga 1016 just besar beberapa mm sahaja dengan Shimano Calcutta Conquest saiz 50 yang legend tu 😅. Kalau tak ukur, betul-betul nampak serupa dan rasa sama besar bila genggam. Harap jawapan ni membantu ya. Thanks 🙂.

Hi. Kalau pegang memang boleh rasa beza. Bagi saya, Ryoga saiz 1520 ni still okay lagi. Tangan saya pun kecil juga hehe. Tapi yang terbaik, Tuan try pegang kedua-dua saiz ni kalau dapat. Walaupun tangan kecil or besar, 'feel' setiap orang still tak sama 🙂.

Hi maaf lewat response 🙂🙏. Ya. Ryoga memang untuk Heavy Game / Heavy Cover Game (HCG). Kalau upgrade main gear dengan HYPERDRIVE Gear, pasti lebih mantap sebab main gear asal (Hyper mesh) pada pendapat saya agak kurang sesuai.

Hi. No problem. Kos upgrade main gear Ryoga agak keras sikit 😅. Lingkungan dalam RM400+ - RM500+. Saya dah pasang kat Ryoga Hitam saya. Memang solid dan tak mengecewakan. Feel much better dari Ryoga Silver. Tapi knobs kena tukar.

Hi 🙂. Kalau sampai gear pecah tu tidak sebab kalau mcm saya, walaupun HCG, saya tidak lock mati drag. Cuma lama² gear rasa akan jadi kurang smooth sebab ada 'dent' sikit² pada gear. Brass gear ada 'breaking point' sendiri. Kalau macam Aluminium gear, kalau pecah, pecah terus 😅. Breaking point setiap aloi lain². Tu yang ramai guna reel macam Okuma Komodo dll sebab gear Stainless Steel, kuat. Biar tidak smooth tapi lasak 😅. Kalau main haruan rasanya no problem pakai gear asal. Apa pun semua depends macam mana kita handle reel kita dan banyak faktor lain lagi yang menyumbang kekuatan sesuatu reel contohnya material drag washer, body frame reel dll 🙂.

Cast as usual like using reel with no Digital Control (DC) features. After that, select your preference modes for casting / fishing activities. As simple as that to use this reel.

Hi. Maaf karena lewat meresponi anda😀🙏. Sebenarnya Manufacturer rod entah tu Daiwa, Shimano, Abu Garcia dan lain-lain menggunakan bahan yang sama dalam pembuatan rod mereka. X45, Spiral X dan lain-lain itu hanya untuk tujuan marketing sahaja. Apa yang membedakannya ialah berapa banyak bahan seperti resin dan carbon yang digunakan. Ada juga rod yang menggunakan bahan seperti glass composite dan sebagainya. Saya membuat video ini bukan bertujuan untuk memberi kesimpulan bahawa pengguna rod Daiwa harus menggunakan reel Daiwa juga. Saya cuma memberi idea dengan menggunakan rod Rebellion 652LFB x Alphas CT, warnanya kelihatan padan & match karena kedua-duanya menggunakan warna orange juga setup ini betul & balance. Saya juga selalu menggunakan SV Light -TN x Zodias, Pisband x Zodias karena warnanya padan, match, balance dan setup-nya betul. Begitu juga dengan rod customized sendiri. Tidak ada keharusan untuk menggunakan rod dan reel dari manufacturer yang sama. Asalkan anda selesa, setup reel dan rod itu betul dan balance untuk melontar gewang, rasanya pasti akan enak dipakai untuk memancing😊.

All my Daiwa reels have perfect lubrication. Change grease if you are not happy with it. The reels are the best on the planet

@rapalaman6681 Do you have the 2009- C Conquest DC+ as well? If so how do think it compare in casting distance to the Exsence 2012- with slim baits 15-30g on a 9'-10' rod?

Hi there. Yes I have the 2009 Calcutta Conquest DC but after 5 or 6 months of using it, I sold it. I do not prefer the gear feeling. About the casting distance between Exsence DC 2012, this Exsence DC is much better and improved just this one is heavy reel. One thing I noticed about the 2009 Calcutta Conquest DC, the zing sound also so terrible.

Hi Max. My apologize for late response. This rod performed very well, but for 1.0 gram - 1.8 gram weight lures, i only can do side cast. I think, for lures weight like i mentioned, only UL or UL fiberglass rod can cast with that weight better. But for lures 2.0 gram weight and above, this rod was amazing. Believe me, its really fun. You will no regret if you are plan to have one.

Salam pak. Moga sihat dan strike selalu ya😀. Okay, kelebihan reel ini pada spool-nya. Untuk pengetahuan bapak, 'body frame' reel ini adalah berdasarkan reel Tatula Sv Tw model 2017. Jadi, ini adalah edisi 'upgrade & make up-nya'. Reel ini tidak memakai Sv spool sebaliknya Megabass mereka cipta spool mereka sendiri dan di sini lah kelebihannya. Spool ini dikendalikan oleh magnetic brake tetapi balingannya terasa seperti menggunakan centrifugal brake seperti reels Shimano. Balingan reel ini sangat lancar, lebih 'flowing' dan selesa berbanding Tatula Sv Tw 2017. Zillion memang lebih unggul berbanding Rhodium. Tetapi pada pendapat peribadi saya, Rhodium mempunyai kelebihan sendiri yang tidak dimiliki Zillion dan Zillion pula mempunyai kelebihan sendiri yang tidak dimiliki Rhodium. Bergantung juga pada Zillion model yang mana. Walau bagaimana pun, ia bergantung juga bagaimana seseorang pemancing itu menggunakan reel entah itu reel Daiwa, Shimano, Abu Garcia atau reels lainnya. Salam dan maaf lewat pak🙏😀. Pada pendapat saya, tidak ada bedanya karena fasilitas Daiwa di Thailand juga sangat maju. Menurut salah seorang pemancing dan juga reviewer reel terkenal dari Tackle Tour, dia terkejut ketika melawat kilang Daiwa di Thailand adalah sebanding dengan yang ada di Jepang cuma kilangnya tidak sebesar seperti yang di Jepang. Kualitas reels Daiwa di Thailand juga dijaga dengan baik karena sebelum product dipasarkan, ia akan dihantar ke Jepang untuk tujuan process pemeriksaan kualitas atau juga dipanggil 'QAQC'. Ramai syarikat juga berbuat demikian karena faktor kos dan gaji pekerja. Salah satu contohnya adalah Apple. Semua products mereka 'Made in China' tetapi kualitasnya dijaga dan diselia oleh Apple Carlifornia di America. Kesimpulanya, ini hanya lah strategi perniagaan sahaja. Saya juga berfikir 'Made in Japan' pasti lebih baik tetapi saya silap. Setelah belajar 'maintenance', 'service' dan mengkaji reels, tiada bedanya. Semua 'parts' di-import dari Jepang. Memang beberapa reels Daiwa hanya dibuat di Jepang sahaja supaya harganya tetap tinggi dan mahal. Itu normal karena syarikat besar lain juga berbuat demikian. Product 'flagship' atau product kebanggaan sesebuah syarikat itu biasanya hanya dipasarkan oleh pengeluar negara asal. Selebihnya ia adalah faktor 'mind set' kita sendiri😊. Memang bagus memiliki reel dari pengeluar negara asal karena ia memberi kita lebih keyakinan tetapi faktor seperti pilihan, harga, masa dan lain-nya akan mula bermain di fikiran kita. Setiap tahun ada sahaja reels baru yang lebih menarik akan keluar. Entah itu dari Jepang, Thailand atau negara lain. Maka ia terpulang pada kita sebenarnya. Wang yang kita keluarkan untuk membeli itu dan ini adalah wang kita sendiri😊.

Hi. If you don't have budget to buy Exist 2018 and wish to have 'same technology' like Exist 2018, I recommend you to buy Luvias Airity 2021. Luvias Airity 2021 only less one ball bearing compared with Exist 2018 and you can replace@add it personally in Luvias Airity 2021. All technology in Luvias Airity 2021 are the SAME with Exist 2018 except the ball bearing which is I mentioned earlier. The price of Luvias Airity 2021 also not too expensive.

If you have parts diagram you can buy the bearing and replace the bushing. It would make a great video. Usually it’s just the daiwa exist part. I have a daiwa certate and 2 bushings are easy to replace.

I can't remember the rest oil brand(s) & name that i tried including Glitch Oil😅. Now I'm using these two oil only for spinning reels. Both from IOS Factory: 1. IOS 01 - For Bearings 2. IOS 02 - For any moving parts

I had the Certate LT paired to a Daiwa Lateo R and it was one heck of a combo but sadly I had a fishing accident yesterday, where my setup got dragged in the water by a big fish while I was trying to setup my umbrella. It broke my heart to see it just dive underwater and never resurfaced. So now I need a replacement and Judging by what ive seen. The Luvias Airity seems to be a good upgrade that I plan to pair this with a Daiwa Labrax this time around
