Greg is a top-notch conversationist. He talks to his female guests based on how they respond to casual interesting topics, not necessarily about the movies and shows they're there to promote but just real life stuff about themselves and interesting things they do. It's like a date or a 1v1 conversation rather than an interview, which is brilliant. He's a bit of a flirt but just edges the concept itself for comedic relief without overstepping boundaries.

What none of the commenters below seem to understand is that this is NOT real life. Craig "flirts like a boss" only because that's what he's being PAID TO DO ! These women are all ACTRESSES!
