I'm writing this comment on 13th July, 2024. Below are the issues majorly faced by residents: Worst society to live. Exploitation of authority and helplessness of residents by overcharging and giving threats. They sold unapproved lands to people, and after RUDA imposed fines on the society, Park View City Lahore started charging 70000 Rupees/marla. We, the residents have already paid plot price and development charge which was about 500,000 rupees. The management is going beyond limits and imposing charges on residents which are unprecedented and not happened in any society in Pakistan. The management have hired unethical electricians who enter the society after midnight and try to tamper the electric meters of the residents so that the meter reading goes up rapid fast. Moreover, it's worth adding that despite getting and supplying electric from WAPDA (LESCO), the society is yet charging consumers the rate/unit that was being charged for electric they provided when using society's generators. Above all, despite the majority residents' denial of paying 70000 rupees/marla which sums to 350,000 rupees and 700,000 rupees for 5 marla and 10 marla respectively. The society forcefully created a 36 months installment plan to make the residents pay the illegal amount along with the electric and maintenance bills. Finally, they also increased the maintenance charge from 2200 rupees to 2500 rupees which includes just garbage collection and street lights. In conclusion, buying a plot in Park View City Lahore might be the biggest mistake a person would ever make in Pakistan. Just because they are providing some security and cleanliness, they are taking advantage of their services and compromise on other basic facility that a buyer of a plot may not ever think of such as (reduced water pressure that's equivalent of no water, load shedding, high electric unit rates, RUDA charges of 70k/marla, etc.) The management better do something and take positive steps that are in favour of the residents as well as in favour of their society if the society needs to grow and remain existent in the future and in order to retain the positive image of the society in the minds of future and potential buyers.

Inside Society, no hospital, only one substandard owners school, very costly electricity, no green area, small 30 feet roads, no proper parks and with this 25% extra for RUDA charges, possession charges, transfer charges and many more charges. Aur iss society per Pakistan Ka koi qanoon nhi Lagta.

Yeah baatao, electricity, gas , society approval is the duty of owner not residents
