You can find the names of the maps in the video when the match just starts. I do not know the names by memory, but all of these maps are cycled through on "Push" servers in Pavlov Multiplayer.

Hey there! I just replayed the game up to this part to see if there is anything actually up there. I found that once you go up the ramp, you enter another garage floor with nothing but doors that do not open and the Smilies do not chase you once you're up there. The lights do not turn on up there as well. TLDR: It's just an empty space.

I believe you have to join someone who is hosting this map. You'll be able to download it when you do join. I can try to host a world so you can get it if you'd want.
