thanks, there is less viewfinder in A7c than in my A6300/6400, which also did not like it, as well as a bad screen. It's these two things that scare me away from buying. IV is good, but too expensive so far. RIII is my favorite image, but video and autofocus are even worse than in A7c

I do have 70-200gm2 but my heart still wants 135gm ;-) Could be nice for indoor sport and outdoor portraits. It is smaller, has larger aperture… Does anyone using 70-200 and 135? When does it help to have both?

I want, precapture, dual CfExpress type A slots, 60fps no crop, body size the same as the A9III, Opengate, False Colors and Waveforms and the swiveling lcd screen. I agree with you on the rear screen, but I would be shocked if they addressed it as they didn’t even with the A9III. Jamil the look on your face when someone was moving around the house was priceless man, you handled it well unlike others who speak on it, but you had that WTF 👀 on your face, you know I’m down here trying to make this video. Dope video...if I had to pick just 3 lenses...For paid work 16-35 2.8 (OG)--50 1.2 and the 70-200 2.8 mkii..for my projects And street photography...the zeiss 16-35 f4--55 1.8 and the 70-200 F4...If shot correctly...no one really can tell online what's shot with what unless all the shots are wide open..and who does that every shot 👀🤣

That 50f1.2 is a monster. I prefer the look of the photos of the 24GM over the 20/1.8 and would go with the 135GM over the 85 for portraits. The 50/1.2 gives me the look I wanted out of the 85/1.8 and the 135 moves that look to another level.

I'm avoiding crop mode. Cropping 50mm to 75mm keeps your bokeh looking like it was still 50mm.

Its not necessary but I know I will upgrade. If fact the A7iii is still extremely good. For me the AI processing of the AC7ii/A7RV is so incredibly good that I really want to upgrade. Out of all the features the AI processing is what I find most appealing.

I also have the 20mm f1.8 and sold the 24mm f1.4 because i thought they were too close in same focal range....but i do like the 24mm look just hard to justify the money for two lenses that are really close in range....but if i could afford it would have both. I do have the 24mm f2.8 g lens but it just doesnt give the same pop as the gm.

S24 fe is very good for me

I would like the 60fps uncroped& to stop the rolling shutter jello effect& I'm happy I just shoot some summer basketball tournament games few fashion shows & few public photos shoots& just everyday candid shots of people and things never shot a wedding

Love this lens lol. Started with the 16-35 GM and my back pack unzipped in London (shame on Wandr lol) it fell and broke. Went to the 14-24 2.8 from sigma, and it was so heavy and massive. found this 12-24 f4 for cheap, and it is my favorite thing lol. so much so I even thought about switching to canon strictly for the 10-20 lol I love it for portraits. I kinda wish Sony would come out with a modernish fish eye, like an 8-15 lol. Thinking about adapting one of those from Nikon or canon for my Sony lol. but yeah 12-24 is great, lets you make some cool stuff you may have not thought of until its in the bag haha. Good call at the end... Missy/Busta music video has got to be on my next project list hahaha

I think I’m good. Shooting two a7iv’s is a great combo. If I was going to upgrade I would probably chase megapixels and keep 1 of my a7iv’s and got to and riv or v.

you made all the right points...4k60 no crop, i think if they do give us 6k it will be cropped lol for sure...the touch thing with the monitor is another good point, also i definitely she make the body a bit bigger..and me personally i think ai would make the already great auto focus even better

I think it's safe to say that unless you are earning fat stacks every month from your work it's really not necessary to upgrade especially for photography and honestly this gear chasing is so tiring and toxic. Many people are still using the A7iii or even older gear and are making great art. Either way interesting to think about but I'm firmly convinced that: bodies matter the least, lenses matter much more but the photographer matters the most.

This is all just a means to an end. An excuse for people to be perpetually outraged over something that absolutely does not matter because they like to think they're somehow taking a successful person "down a notch" and in doing so, gives themselves the ability to present themselves as being somehow "better" without actually having to DO anything. A wallpaper app is not something anyone needs. If people want to spend their money on it, that's on them, and if someone is butthurt because they can't afford a pointless little low rent "luxury" service, that too is on them. Everyone needs to stop pretending that they'll somehow elevate themselves in the eyes of anyone by complaining, or criticizing anyone and everyone that has achieved more success then they have. Much like they have to learn to accept the fact that simply because they don't like something, or agree with something, or even that they're offended by something that it truly does not matter to anyone else. "You" are not the center of the universe, everything is not about you, and that you have an opinion about anything, doesn't mean it's correct, or that anyone else has to consider your view.

in my opinion he is testing his theories about apple. remember how apple was able to charge 1000 usd for a phone and people still bought it. and then every other major company followed and started charging absurd amounts for phones but still people bought it. i support mkbhd fully. he is smart and intelligent and has a bright future ahead of him in the tech industry. F what everyone else thinks
