Hi, when check the door station live view from the indoor station, I meet the error "Connection time out , Make sure the video source Ip/Port is correct. Error code: 10200.When I unolug the socket on the poe switch and plug it again the live view is Okey. You can help me to solve this problem,

this is wire alarm, siren with smoke detector hav 2 signal wire right, connect 2 signal wire to alarm panel any zone u want to connect only.

hi, sorry i dun understand, actually 1 indoor/outdoor station for 1 door or 1 room.
I have a V2000 and after years working properly it started to beep non stop, while it is beeping the tags stop working to unlock the door. Then after a while it stops beeping and works again. Do you have any idea of what could be the problem? I have tryed to find a manual for it but could not find any good information 🤔

the device is all of a sudden no longer visible in the hiksconnect app. I have to add it again but if I go to the indoor station, the button ‘Hik Connect Service Settings’ is not there so I cannot find the QR code to scan it in order to add the device. What can I do?

Because the DS-K1T341 consumes a lot of power, unless you are using a very large Amp power supply, we recommend using two power supplies
