!! For this to work you will need to obtain the Wind-Powered Wind Generator which is a reward for reaching Fontaine reputation rank 5.
Head over to Loch Urania and glide from one of the cliffs towards the mass of water in the centre of the lake. Using the wind generator, continually boost yourself upwards. For some reason, your glider will not descend if you are pushing yourself into the mass of water. I believe this is due to invisible walls.
It will take a few minutes and some patience but you will eventually fly upwards and over the water. Once you hit a spot where it feels like you can go forwards without hitting an invisible wall, you have reached the peak!
The surrounding area has a wind effect that pushes you backwards on land and in water. This also applies in the air. As seen in the video, Neuvillette slowly floats backwards without me pressing any buttons due to this wind effect. You can also "fly" around the area without your wind glider descending! If you find yourself descending, use the wind generator for a boost.

Idk if the clone is intentionally meant to do this but I found it pretty funny. No, I am not hacking. I am using the built in cheat tool that can be accessed through the custom game mode if you want to try this for yourself :)
