Havre Tourism Enhancement Project
Located in the Central Montana Tourism Region, Havre’s initiative.
The Havre initiative plans to use the Community Tourism Grant Funds to create a Wayfinding Master Plan, increase the cultural appeal of the downtown area, improve recreational experiences, enhance pedestrian safety and empower tourism-centered businesses. Planned projects include:
• The installation of welcome signs into Havre.
• The implementation of an Art Trail showcasing existing artwork and creating a downtown Art Plan.
• The establishing a Milk River Levee Trail.
• Improving pedestrian safety and walkability in the downtown area.
• Empowerment of tourism-centered businesses to enhance the overall visitor experience.
