By these He has given us very great and precious promises, so that through them you may share in the divine nature, escaping the corruption that is in the world because of evil desires. When I learned to patiently, persistently resist and reject negative, depressing, destructive thoughts, feelings and desires as if they were spiritual attacks (I believe they are) in the name of Jesus, it gradually changed my life for the better. It was not a quick and easy process. Thanks for the video. :)

I started declaring the promises from the Bible in the name of Jesus with patience persistence and my mental and physical health gradually improved. I also resist and reject negative, depressing thoughts, feelings and desires in the name and Spirit of Jesus. That is the essence of spiritual warfare as I see it. Best wishes to all.
