Mission43 is the military veteran pillar of the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation. Mission43 provides post-9/11 servicemen, women, and their spouses opportunities to succeed in Idaho after the military through the pillars of education, employment, and engagement. Our programs are designed to give veterans and military spouses in Idaho, the 43rd state, the resources for a successful transition after leaving the service.
Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance: Isaac Belden (POD#062)
In this episode of the Mission43 Podcast, we sit down with Isaac Belden, Iraq War veteran and founder of the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance (VEA), to explore his journey from military service to entrepreneurship and nonprofit leadership. Isaac shares insights into why Idaho is a great place for veteran entrepreneurs, the importance of supporting military spouses, and the challenges of transitioning to civilian life. From starting his first business, "12B Capital," to founding the VEA, Isaac emphasizes the power of resilience and determination. Listen in as he describes learning from his mistakes and how he discovered the importance of giving back to his community. Also, discover how his hands-on mentorship approach is transforming the lives of veterans and military spouses, and why balancing personal and professional commitments is essential for success. If you're a veteran or military spouse considering entrepreneurship, this episode is packed with inspiration and practical advice. Don't miss it!

Thank you Sir and your wife for your service to our country 🙏. God Bless you both 🙏 ❤️ ✨️🙌👏🙏.
Hooooo leeeee shit! Not only do we both look alike but I’m EXACTLY where he said not to be!
Please reach out Mission43.org we are here to assist!
Truth
Anything to avoid complacency is success in my eyes. Awesome show and awesome guests.
Stay up heroes
An AMAZING human making a positive impact in this world. I love this so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s cute
Shouldnt be females in combat. I can pick up two of her and run, she would struggle to drag me inches, how can I rely on her the same way she is me?? Sorry , we arent equal.
A premium barracks bunny
The title reminded me of the article i seen that was asking if mothers should be aloud to breast feed on the battlefield. Think about that, i guess wars coming to the usa and will be a part of our every day life.
Respect 🫡
So you wanted equal right, there you go go hoo
Women should never have been allowed in the armed forces. Get over yourself
Thank you for your service 👍🏼
She had only one good use for sure…
The only reason there are no women navy seals, is the navy refuses to lower the bar. The rest of the military, looking to get their men killed... If you have to lower the bar, they're not right for the job...
Thank you for your service!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
We should use all female units to be fair.
You’re absolutely insane… It would be our WORST combat unit by a fucking mile. Having even one or two in an infantry unit is already crippling it enough
@@dewwwd3431 for morale not combat , dont be silly
She was out there everyday alright, good ol barracks bunny’s to the rescue 🤣
Amazing person. Glad I had the opportunity to get to meet Stephanie and her husband. Love the approach towards life. Taking the hand your dealt and carving your own path
Wow that guy has some bad drinking cheeks 😂 that’s my grandpa called “gin blossoms” 😂
I'm signing up for Mission 43 today and decided to check out some videos to understand the program better. Thank you for your insight hope to work with you soon!
Such a compelling story that resonates with so many! Stephanie is amazing!
I met Stephanie right before I enlisted! Her encouragement to be highly motivated and as physically fit as possible is what led to my success as a Marine and continued success as a civilian.
Stephanie is such a badass. I am glad I have the pleasure of knowing her.
Very well done. Stephanie is one of the most motivating and hard working people I know. SEMPER FI!
Old dogs can still hunt/fight.
"Then they'd be out of prison a month later." Sounds like the Democrats govt. in the US.🙄🤣lol. All joking aside.... We always regret doing things and/or NOT doing things. Life is mostly **NOT** GOOD choice/outcome......BAD choice/outcome. It's actually mostly BAD choice/outcome....**WORSE** BAD choice/outcome. Sure it sucks you didn't get to test yourself, prove yourself (etc.,etc.)....****BUT****...you got saved from watching your friends get shot, blown up, mamed, killed, having nightmares every night, PTSD, etc., etc., etc., **ETC!!**....so... BETTER of the 2 choices 😌. In the wise words of my 😞late😞 father..."Count your blessings. It should be the WORST thing that EVER happens to you😌".
Look at the Seals that served post VNAM and Pre 911, they did a whole career and never saw combat outside a few small skirmishes. Didn't diminish who they were.
they really trying to bury veterans. im an amputee- dont get hired. people show patriotism on memorial day, but any other day- youre outcasted. i wear boonie to beach with patches- its like picking a fight with every insecure male on the beach which is everyone rthese days. college is basically impossible cause my knowledge and experience supersedes the classes 10 fold. didnt experience combat but i was infantry QRF tomb guard for DC/ airborne etc. basically my whole enlistment was training with a platoon sergeant who was ranger of the year fire years in a row. i saw true pain for years. and its a battles to see warriors that have deployed that are clearly less capable but just had the luck of the draw. then you think to be greatful, its a mind fuck
You were willing to die for your service, that's called a hero!
I think that's a good mindset...the Chris Kyle heroism also has bled over into the POG mindset and diminishing people's service. That's not helpful to anyone. The grunt can't fight without all of the support they get and everyone's contribution matters.
Brother, dont struggle because you made yourself available for sacrifice. Gunnersmate 1992-1996
Participation 🏆 Everyone suffers get over it.
No shame in admitting physics. This will allow creation of just as deadly weapons that [somehow, have faith] dont hurt our own troops.
Christ definitely advocated covert murders
If the company can better the lives of our soldiers and others who lost limbs, that’ll be great! Live life not otherwise
No White man should be in the military any branch
Thank you, Cole, for your willingness to be vulnerable and transparent in sharing your lack of combat experience. I appreciate your service.
Just wait till America finds out who was REALLY responsible.....
Who?

There is nothing like a near brush of death to bring focus on what is important in life. It is both empowering and liberating because it cuts everything that doesn't matter out of your mind until you are left with only those things that you truly value.
Thank you for serving. ❤
I need help. I suffer PTSD , BUT I recently lost my 100% disabled Veitnam . He suffered from PTSD . I’m now unable to recover from his loss. No one seems to understand that their wives suffer as well.
Thats the easiest for me...I KNOW I'm not in control
How do you determine if someone quits for day 3 years and one day that year they drink if that is addiction
I need to hear this today I've been struggling Lately. Thank you stay strong brother
But who is going to worry if I dont. Like, what if there's something I've missed in my scope of action? Like Im sitting here worrying about this and pointing out how important it is to worry over my own and othets safety and IVE JUST REALISED THE COOKER IS SMOKING
