One of the all time great tunes for clarinet, composed and first recorded by Acker Bilk, a huge hit in 1961 and 1962, a tune he was never reluctant to play (and neither is Dick) and which he was wont to refer to as his pension.

A tune Dick wrote as part of Helensburgh Suite, commemorating Percy Pilcher, Helensburgh inventor and pioneer aviator who was his country's foremost experimenter in unpowered flight at the end of the nineteenth century. His career came to an abrupt end when his aircraft crashed in 1899, hence the abrupt end of the tune.

David and Dick's version of Euday L. Bowman's hit tune from 1914, his response to his friend Raggedy Ed's plan to open a pawnshop on Twelfth Street - "if you get rich on those three balls I'll write a piece on three notes to make myself rich". A big hit for Pee Wee Hunt in 1948, and again for Winifred Atwell in 1954.

Klezmer style tunes: Jerusalem of Gold - a song by Naomi Shemer whose melody is based on a traditional Basque lullaby. Zemer Atik - traditional formation dance. Alseryelt Frailach No. 12 - Frailach is a lively dance, frailach also means happy, a good fit for David and Dick :-)

A tune composed by Pete Clark, Andy Ramage and David Vernon after a meal in a Warsaw Italian restaurant. The tune is very nearly as good as the title :-)
