    Would they suit elderly with weak core and lower back disk degeneration but strong upper body power? No wobbles. But a bit unco. She habitually stoops forward and pushes her Rollator ahead like a shopping trolly. If it takes mental reminding to pull the elbows in it may not work. Body reeducation is hampered by Alzhm and im hoping the crutch will help reeducating where the c of gravity is.

      Yes, as the M+D Crutches are an innovative, new product, there is a small learning curve for many. The M+D Crutch was originally designed for an amputee and is a great long-term solution to a traditional mobility aid. We would highly encourage you to reach out to us at info@mobilitydesigned.com with any specific questions.

    Do you have any videos of individuals using a single cane? I am left-handed.

  • @PotterPossum1989
    @PotterPossum1989 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have been using a standard lofstrand crutch for a number of years. How does this cane handle wrist and hand fatigue when using the handle? Do you only sell single crutches, I only need one? Sorry for any typos errors, using Speech-to-Text, and that's never accurate. I have spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, possibly a spinal cord injury it was re-diagnosed a few years later, but I have used a standard forearm crutch for a number of years, and the older I get, being only 30, I noticed hand and wrist fatigued Lately from holding the handle on my walk easy crutches. Do you offer ergonomic handles as well? I see that you do offer single canes, reading another comment. Am I able to move the direction of the handle, I tend to hold mine sideways.

    • @mobilitydesignedinc9533
      @mobilitydesignedinc9533 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kegan, Thank you for your thoughtful questions. We do sell an individual crutch that act as a cane called the M+D Crutch Cane Alternative. You can find it on our website (www.mobilitydesigned.com). The M+D Crutch was designed to relieve pressure from your hands and wrists, redistributing your weight to your forearms. If you are struggling with pain in your hands and wrists, this product is perfect for you! In our newest product, The Combo Stix, we will be offering an ergonomic handle. The Combo Stix will be available in mid July 2020. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us directly at: info@mobilitydesigned.com

    • @PotterPossum1989
      @PotterPossum1989 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The biggest problem I notice with these so-called tornado tips is that as the rubber bands and moves, It is worn and rubbed away given the particular gate or handling of the cane user.

    Warning: I bought these i cannot use them. They are for people with very good upper body and abdominal muscles. Do not waste $200 if you are not physically fit. There is a 20% restocking fee always. The support told me that they are for people that are physically fit. NICE why not put that in the ad too.
