This was the dumbest fight ever for me😂, my protagonist build was basically invulnerable to all of his attacks, and he could heal himself to passing turns, but because he kept charming me , i couldn't do nothing to the point that the game made an infinite loop

Hello. You can probably make the early game multi enemy fights way faster with the legendary igniter that you buy at the endgame from brigite's store

Man maybe its a skill issue on my part but the last 30 days really sucked the enjoyment i had of this game. Constantly underleveled and the most optimal place to grind is the last dungeon where its a point of no return and theres not even a post game to use all your royal archetypes and stuff. Sorry just a bit salty after trying to beat these dragons. Either gonna turn the game to easy to grind or ill just come back after a bit of a break and i have a better attitude. Appreciate the video regardless though

On hard this boss won't let buff on you. First turn it will debuff all of my team, then buff itself, reduce team hp to 300, then gain too many turn. It's annoying af, wonder if Louis will be harder than this

Thank you! I don't have the means to use what you've got as I didn't level certain archetypes on certain characters how you did. I ended up doing this: Hulkenberg - Masked Dancer Junah - Masked Dancer Levi (protag) - Prince Basilio - Berserker (could've been optimised but hey it worked) We're all level 68/69 apart from Junah who was lvl 64 I gave Basilio rakunda and gave Levi the heavy magic dark damage and same with Hulkenberg. I basically used the enchanted pottage and some other foods that basically did a heat riser, and another food that group cured hex and gave us all 100mp. I would use Sable Dance to give them a one time weakness to darkness and when I'm buffed up (and if the dragon has been debuffed twice, but not 100% required) I hit them with charged up darkness. Was super intense doing it a different way, not knowing if it'd work, but thankyou for the guide!

"Don't use someone weak to dark!" >Uses Destroyer. If you were playing Hard you'd be destroyed. You better follow your own advice if you want to try this again on that difficulty.

How do we skip crystals i cant seem to proceed without destroying them

I’m a bit late but my current save state looks like this. I’ve currently beat the game on chaos and chose the princess route. Just beat the final boss but haven’t started coda 1 yet. I’m trying not to get extremely confused and mess myself up, so I’ve been looking around and I want to know if this is a good plan. So I’ve beaten the game on chaos, done all the shrines, haven’t completed potd and fucked up the azelstan recruitment, but I was planning on finishing Coda 1. Anchoring back to chapter 1 to do a neutral playthrough where I will get all the way to chapter 4, this is where I’ll correctly recruit azelstan and get the lord class. The moment I get both of them and all of the recruitable characters, I will world back to chapter 1 and go through the game on law where I will do the princess ending again, again also recruiting all the characters along the way, and that’s when I’ll beat potd and then go deeper into coda (past 1) into the rest of the end game. Does this sound like a viable way to do things? I want to avoid messing up my progression as much as possible so I don’t have to redo a bunch of things, and unfortunately the guides online haven’t really helped all that much.

Seems like 2nd battle Tomberries and 4th battle Toad & 2 Jokers are the most difficult. Here’s how I did it. I used Cloud, Aerith & Red. I begin with Aerith, Arcane Ward-Magnify+Petrify (Lv3). It’ll wipe out 8 if not ALL of the Tomberries, I also equipped Aerith with Synergy-Comet materia. I switched to Cloud use Triple slash ability which triggered Comet spell destroying the remaining Tomberries. That fight lasted 20 seconds you won’t need any instant death immunity. The 4th battle is similar. Arcane Ward on Cloud, cast Magnify+Wind (Lv3) then I switch to Aerith on Arcane Ward-Magnify+Petrify (Lv3). It immediately pressure both Jokers with 80% of their life gone. I switched back to Cloud and Red to begin using abilities and Comet spell was cast automatically to help stagger and finish off the Jokers fast. Then it was 3 against 1, Toad was easy pickings it didn’t take much after that.

I can imagine this is what the Opera scene from FF6 looked like to people who experienced it for the first time im the 90s. The way the lyrics Junah wrote seem to intentionally be words of encouragement to the protagonist and him bracing himself to do the act as the song grows in intensity is real cinema.

Boss guide for this fight is to make your moves, browse website of your choice on your phone for approximately 10 seconds, pick controller back up, make your move, repeat.
