But its basically the Midgar Zolem of the game meaning even if you KILL This boss on EASY mode IT will still REGENERATE itself on the world map so that you can NEVER permanently get rid of this boss.

This boss is just pain in ass, best I can do is to drop his health to 40% at my lvl 65 party on HARD mode after successfully landing 2 faker roguery and hoping for him to not go shriek. He "created" to one shot your party with his annoying perm 300hp limit debuff in hard mode -.- Switching to normal mode and I clear it with one run...

Had 2 successful runs out of 6 with my setup. Protag has an AG/LU build as a prince wand was my main debuffer. Junah on Warlock for the stats am bigger MP pool compared to Persona Master and was my main buffer with the formation skills. Lost Wall Synthesis skill to set Dark weakness. Hulkenberg and Basilio we my main attackers as Dark Knights with passive to boost attack power. Magic Counter can be an issue if activated from the Dragon's breath. It reflects and make the Dragon lose its turn, but the weakness also gets reset. Made it work. Don't be afraid to max buffs and debuffs if you are trying to manipulate the dragon's actions on its turn. Only when it decides to give itself extra turns it becomes a problem.
