This is official. He is using cactus broth which minimises attacks. Only the left click is disabled for spider. Right click is fine. Also he is running .ini commands that doesn't show the electricity beams and certain effects.

@@johnnyphase nah, running ini is worse than low graphics, it disables stuff so you can see better, but makes the game looks like shit also, he shoots way faster than possible with a shotty, reload between every shot and still don't lose shots per min my ass
