GTFO WTF is this?

Sometimes I get these effects and then it makes playing impossible.
Most of the time I get this "magnifying glass Effect on the 1/4 of the top right hand side of the monitor and then it grows outwards by about 30%.
I have got this about 4 times now since I started playing when it was the free weekend. (Now I purchased the game.)
Is this similar to the black poo screen effect?
(There is no sound because I forgot to select the audio device in OBS!)

This Pet glitch happened a few months ago, but its frequency is very low. But when it does happen as demonstrated in this video, it can be quite a pain to complete the mission in a reasonable amount of time esp when one is in Hard mode.

Suddenly about 6 mins into the game, a glitch decided to make it impossible for me to interact with the objects inside the game. The only interaction was an impossibility to win and a sure death and absolute disappointment.

Sector. Killing the big boss in Sector. This is hard mode difficulty. I certainly hope that they add Nightmare mode. That should really be fun.

When deploying the turret on one level it falls through the floor to the level below. This makes my game play impossible. Esp when one gets THE FATAL ERROR just before the mission ends. Happy gaming indeed!
