    So milkshakes are bought in the morning most of the time and customers don't care about ingredients. No matter how much you improve the milkshake customers don't want it during the day and evenings. The sales didn't go up.

    Curious why the language "hire" is used rather than "buy"...you consume your milkshake, you can't return it, so "hiring" doesn't come into it...

      @@benmattjim think of it as you have a job to do, Eg keep the right hand busy whilst driving to work. You hire the milkshake to get the job done. The emphasis being on completing the job you want to get done. Whether you say buy or hire I suppose doesn't matter, never thought about this till you asked!

    $elim ba$$oul is a terrible human being, a crook, and a backstabber. Has a very bad reputation in both the commercial kitchen and amusement park industries. Read online, or ask anyone who’s worked with him.

    And then you hired trillion dollar public health crises in diabetes, heart disease, and depression to treat all those milkshakes doing those jobs that made you so much money

  • @erinbloumkowski4982
    @erinbloumkowski4982 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Selim made no talent decisions over his career. He just fired people, and backstabbed the people who stuck with him. His reputation in both the kitchen and entertainment industries is terrible. He’s known as the crook/backstabber. What a shame for Fool to be interviewing him. As demonstrated by the Six Flags experience, the middleby success was simply riding a wave of global expansion for restaurants and reduced interest rates which benefited his reckless LBOs. Mixed that with all sort of crookery and you get a decent result.

Sadly apple removed My nice apps (and AU plugins) (that I worked A LOT to make so nice) from their illegally monopolistic app stores, because the charitable foundation I manage was promoting LIBERATION OF PALESTINE!!! Sadly Apple is letting assrael HORRIBLY CORRUPTLY censor (and remove) apps on the illegally monopolistic Apple app stores. Thanks in advance for boycotting Apple and for telling friends and family to boycott Apple also!!!👍🏻 Liberate Palestine!!!*

    The use of a coach for helping you assess your approach, style, presence, and delivery is much needed as humans tend to "over use" certain strengths that actually turn it into a negative. That constant feedback and perspective is needed to drive the learning and emotional intelligence needed to be more effective and yes - improve as a leader! Team based coaching can help team dynamics and ensure the tools needed to be and stay healthy as a team exists and the derailers do not creep in to impact performance.

    Good video, but what is the conclusion on how to improve milkshakes? Add drive-thrus to the highway toll booth? LOL! Thanks for sharing, but maybe these MBA people need to be asking more important questions like, "How can we help these poor people that are killing themselves on their boring commute to work?"

      Agree to the MBA thing. Companies love hiring MBAs to make them more competitive even though the actual impact of these hires is the opposite, company lifecycles continue to fall.
