Man, I do miss logging as a logging truck driver, I drove for SPI in Anderson, CA. I had a good-looking dark green KW T-800 also Truck #847. I logged for 5 years for SPI Before that, I drove the same truck with a 48' Flat Bed taking lumber down to the LA area and on the return trip back I would head over to the Lake Arrowhead area and get a load of big Doug Fir or Pine, I am talking 3-4 log loads, did that for 6 years. After driving for SPI FOR 13 YEARS I got Liver cancer and had to stop driving. that was 7 years ago. Like I said, I DO MISS IT. Yeah, that is a good-looking hill to drive on, I have driven on some hills like that also, One place at Lake Arrowhead there was a landing that had 3 hills to go down that were no joke 9-10 grade then had to go up 2 hills that were in the 7-8 grade, all dirt. Once you got back on the blacktop there was a straight-a-away with a 5-6 grade for 4 miles then at the end of the straight-a-away, there was a left-hand turn that was off-set and was a 25 MPH. SPI lost 2 trucks and the 2 drivers and they were fired. GOING TO FAST

I also have a 300l Rally, i think it would be a great light ADV bike with suspension upgrades. i use mine for mostly comuting to work and love it. Great on fuel as well ! thanks for the video, keep up the good work sir.

I'm hoping if the CF Moto MT Ibex takes off, it might influence Honda to make a true dual sport in the 450 range.

Well done on those trails! Some of that was pretty technical. BTW ,I called the dealership in my area that sells CF Moto, and RE. The guy I spoke to was not even aware that either new bike existed.

I do have two bikes😜 A 20 Road King Special Aaaaand a 23 GS Adventure Trophy😂😂😂 Now all jokes aside money wise Id go with the CF moto simply because it seems like a better manufacturer than RE. Now I am very intrigued to test ride the CF moto cause I had a go with the old Himy which I liked to be honest. As far as your editing skills and such goes, who cares you do what YOU feel like doing and they way YOU think its gonna look best… Moral of the story is that youre OUT and about doing things YOU love like riding and documenting as a memory for your kinfolk… God bless my feiend from balmy Arizona🫡🇺🇸🌵 Yes I subscribed😎

Loving the proper off road trails . The idea of a twin cyclinder ADV bike is appealing. My KTM 690 EnduroR is a powerful capable machine but the vibration on transport sections of road gets annoying fast, however my friends Yamaha T7 Tenere twin is smooth as.. albeit a bit heavier.

I am in the cfmoto camp. Like the fact that it is a twin cylinder. I have a 450cc adv bike that is a single cyl. Would be interesting to see how much smoother the twin is compared to a single cylinder motor.

CSC San Gabriel SG-250 owner, here. Got my bike a few weeks ago because of the 26 inch seat height. I was hoping your video would make for an interesting comparison. With some scripting and editing, you could take your production quality to the next level. This video is raw in flavor. Which has some quaint charm, but has a way to go if a person wants FortNine level entertainment. Thanks for your effort. There aren't many CSC relevant videos out there. :-)

As much as I love my Japanese OHC motorcycles, I absolutely love the low to mid-range torque with these CG229 engines. CSC is also an excellent company to work with. I've found the OEM parts for the TT250 to be pretty good overall and have never really noticed anything overly cheap and "chinsy" about them. Great video as usual. More TT250 content please!

Just turned 5000 miles on my 2023 Rally. The dealership near me that sells both RE ,and CF Moto doesn't have either new 450 yet. Possibly later in 2024.

Those sweet undulating hills look a lot like our Boyup Brook area here in West Oz. We had a 800 mile adv ride recently into the desert, time to plan the next ride 😊

Great video and nice ride! I'm having trouble finding a 300L Rally in stock at any dealership near me. Might have to put in an order for one. It seems like it's the perfect lightweight bike for exploring. The CF Moto Ibex 450 I heard will hit dealers here in the U.S. at the end of the summer. Our local dealers are taking deposits for them now. Looks like a great bike but it's heavier than I would like. Still a good option though. Thanks for sharing!

The motor in the Chinese 450 is apparently based on the kawasaki 400 ninja. A pretty good little motor. Hoping it fills a gap. Cheers from sunny South Africa.

A buddy & I went around that downed tree on our bikes yesterday, planning to do a big loop over Rt. 1 & some other stuff. You didn't miss out on anything as there was 3+ ft of snow over the road just a ways past that tree. Surprised nobody's been up there yet this year it seems.

I was surprised to see the snow! New mic sounds loud and clear.
