Ultimately yes. But you are running, you foot will be behind you if you strike direkty under. Never saw anyone hit the ground with their foot under themselves. Until you build enough pressure to actually push with it you would be already too far.
When ever I play football or after normal running my calf muscle and achilles tendon start paining a lot even after proper warmup and cool down.Please give some tips🙏

Well yeah, for most its better to run recreational activities such as parkour, skating, trampoline art and other, rarher than going to a place with abunch of weights that is generally boring. The main thing is not pushing yourself to a level of being tense where you cant move as accurately

If you look at the most elite marathon runners they don’t actually swing their arms like that , they keep their elbows nice and tucked in with minimal vertical movement
Hes talking about speed (sprinting) last time I checked marathon runners arnt sprinting 💀 funny how you tried to correct him but I don't think you have ever competed in your life, the dudes 100% correct watch the 100m and notice what they do

It's also been proven that deadlifts actually raise testosterone naturally more than most other comparative exercises. That's one of the most recommended exercises to naturally raise test levels

How long do you think it would take to gain 10lbs? trying to put on more than 10 lbs before season
I would say 2 months if you stay consistent with this!
