I'm in 6th grade and weigh 100 lbs. How can I gain some weight?
Sunflower seeds, not roasted, but raw shelled Sunflower seeds. Eat 150-200g of those a day. Par boiled brown rice, and then 150g of lettuce per meal. Eat that with your protein meals like beef, or chicken and your set man.
Sunflower seeds are important, high fat but specifically PUFA fats that. Go mainly towards muscle growth in a surplus. Ontop of being nutrient rich and balanced so you get all the nutrients you need to grow and not offset other nutrients. If you just drank Sunflower oil you would deplete nutrients like Vitamin E to be able to to digest it.
At my school it’s very different because our offensive coordinator is also the track coach

If you are actually good enough to do any sport in college they will find you. It’s literally their jobs. I have never met anyone who has gotten into college athletics because they annoyed coaches into letting them play

University at Buffalo holds camps and it says that they have around 25-40 d1, d2 football coaches in attendence. What about that,
6 gr? I feel chest disconfort at 1 gram
Go to the doctor. I'm 300 pounds, take blood pressure meds and I take 6 grams a day to feel like a god when I work out so I can lose weight. Never had any chest discomfort and my blood pressure and resting heart rate are now lower.
@@MaullerTwinIt really was like drinking a whole pot of coffee. I still feel the stimulating effects of that 1 gram several days later. I think I'll just use it veeeerery sparingly 😂 😮

Tell me about it. The captain of the soccer team was a nerd who couldn't even control the ball correctly. Dude only played because he had a high gpa. Messed up our season.
No one burns only 1000 calories, no one NEEDS 1 gram per pound of final body weight.
Aaaand none of this truly matters unless you are a fringe guy. The coach either wants you or not. If you top 500, don’t worry, someone will always take you. I know guys from my school who go on visits casual asf, and their offers don’t just disappear. Yes his advice is solid, but if you are D1, relax

@@AustinSeverson I tore my meniscus 4th play of our first game. I played the whole game after missed all fb season and now about to miss basketball. A few months isn’t bad
