I've always loved documenting (journalling, vlogging/filming, art, photography, etc) but right now, processing it through talking to a vlog.... (and stepping out of my comfort zone by finally showing my face because I also am curious about what will happen and would love to rewatch the ups and downs through my vlogs) I hope to treat myself as a friend as I make new friends.

This vlog consists of me talking about therapy, doing laundry and my routine, talking to my girl friends, travelling with them using AR (augmented reality), and me having a rollercoaster of emotions from happy to.... emotional.

Strolled at the Dubai Mall, trying Al Baik and nerded out to Harry Potter, Taylor Swift, basketball, shoes and his "future phone". Ohh, and also helped baba drive since he was tired and evening sight. Leaving the mistakes. I'll do better. :)
This is different. Yes. It's very "raw". This video consists of the day we went to the UAE to visit my dad. This is technically just a video diary that I want to relive someday to remember the better days in life.

I think I’m seeing clearly now that because of anxiety, it was so much more difficult to reply without bumming people out or without feeling guilty. 🥲 I wish things were easier to do without medication but hopeful for this journey to a better mental health.
