Stock C8 Corvette Z51 PDR video (Performance Data Recorder, track mode)
PDR shows: speed, tach, g-forces, steering input, brake & accelerator inputs
Includes a small burn-out and then Launch Control at the starting line.
Stats:
Result: 11.797 at 117mph
1.4g acceleration, Max speed: 120mph = 193kph when finished race.

July 19, 2024 - Drag racing at Mission Raceway, BC. Fastest time today: 11.797 seconds at 117mph Stock C8 Corvette Z51 Settings: Launch control in Sport mode I tried other settings but this gave me the best 60 foot time.

Drag racing: My 2021 C3 Z51 Corvette (near lane) against a race-designed C8 Z06 with their spectacular flat-plane crank engine. Raced on Sept 1, 2023 at Mission Raceway. I braked at the end but still broke the 13.99 second max time rule since I had a passenger :(
