Crazy cliff at a scenic overlook, the trail back out is brutal! #dirtbike #suzuki #hondacrf
Pretty crazy 200 foot cliff at a scenic overlook at Mountain Ridge ATV park in Central city Pennsylvania. The video does it know justice, especially the mountain Trail to get in and out is super steep with boulders.

my pegs were super worn down and i couldnt get grip, video is super helpful.
Great tip!
Put the Euro bars on and it will be MUCH better.
I saw on another video there is a restrictor in the exhaust where joins the engine. Was a fair size washer but was very restricted. If kids aren't just learning can take it out.
Is this pittrace cuz I go there alot
Great video, I recently put a down payment on new 2023 CRF300L, I plan on doing this and packing the steering bearings before I even ride it. Is there anything else to check and grease like the wheel bearings, or are they sealed.
Steel bikes & iron men.

Amazing era!
pwonly sucks did you actually get the parts you ordered?
Boa noite este triângulo da minha 250r 2008 quebrou 😢😢 e não estou conseguindo achar
Hi there, are you going to get new jets to suit the 60cc? Notice much power difference?
Burn it out with a torch is the right way to do it, you will get every kind og dirt out, same goes for the front exhaust.
Oem head is 120psi the eBay head is 100psi
Bud change the head to oem head it’s 120psi the eBay head only 100psi - you welcome hello from Sydney Australia
Thanks, but mine is not from ebay. I’ll have to see what the psi is on it
Throttle cable might be the issue with full rev.
Where can I get the tool?
Voice sounds like chris prat
I get that a lot, also say I look like him on my other channel
Its better if you put the piston in the cylinder 1st then put the cylinder on the studs then put the wrist pin in.......
Thanks! I’m sure it’ll need done again soon lol. Kids are at that age now
Love the plastic seat spoiler..is it stock..
Yes only on this year
Is the rear tail light bolted to the black plastic?
Yes I believe it is
Link to kit
Here you go…. Unfortunately looks out of stock. pwonly.com/pw50-engine-and-frame/
Those should of been JIS screws instead of phillips
Yeah I should get a set of JIS screw drivers or bits. But haven’t had any real small JIS fasteners to cause issues. Thanks!
What is the brand to those bars?? I just picked an 83 yamaha, and I want to change oit the bullhorn bars for something else
Those are the European style bars. You can find them on most cycle websites. What Yamaha did you get? Xs?
Did you chamfer to ports and check ring end gap? I have done about 80 of these cheap kits and they are all over the place on ring end gap. And non have the ports chamfer. And then check squish. That too is all over the place. Anywhere from 3mm to 1mm. 1 mm is best.
I did not check the ports, how is that done? But ring gap was within spec. Thanks!
That's a sweet garage! Nice change out! - I put Rental low rise - basically looks like the ones you did- I am running into some slight cabling issues since the last owner had the cafe slammed bars and did all the cabling to match.
Oh yeah that could get annoying, if they’re similar to mine stock cables and wires should work!
Try a can of cheap oven cleaner, an old toothbrush and lots of hot water. Spray it down, let it sit for 5 min, scrub it with the toothbrush and rinse it off. Spray, scrub, rinse, repeat. Just be careful of the fumes.
Oh yeah! I remember seeing that on the one Moto channel I watch. Thanks for the reminder!
I was hesitant to continue watching...'cause your camera set out of focus, or is it my eyes, lol. Anyway, good quick tips on tools. I wish I had the skills/experience to piece together the bikes you have from frame up. Will watch your other videos.
Thanks! Unfortunately have been to busy to get videos up. But I’m working on it. I’ve also improved my camera and lighting for future videos! Thanks for the comment
I actually took off the handle bar off my suzuki gs 750 and swapped them out with the xs 1100 yam bar. Made the suzuki a lot more comfortable .
Nice! Yeah we really like the new bars on the XS. Not only is it a more sporty position it’s also more comfortable.
Brey hill!
Yep!
Ballegary for me!
You kinda look and sound like Chris Pratt.
Lol I get that a lot.
Nice video. Did this solve all the issues you had with the PW not revving out properly?
Yes it did! Should have just started with this! Thanks foe the comment
Thanks for watching! Subscribe for a chance to win a XJ600!
Good work!
Thanks!
It won't pull you around. To heavy. Even with a top end it won't do it unless it's a pro Flo or something.
I pulls my fat a $$ around now lol
Can I ask what you did to fix the issue with the PW50 not revving out completely? Did a top end rebuild fix that? I have the same issue with my son's '01PW50. It ran great for my 2 older boys then lost power at WOT all of a sudden....just never hits the powerband like it used to. Trying to get it back in order for my 5yr old son now. I tried the following so far-- cleaned carb, clean petcock, replaced exhaust header and silencer, new spark plug, blocked off oil pump.
Yes it did. If that doesn’t fix yours let me know. I’ll try to help you. Cause it could be fueling too
Try the screw behind your throttle. Open it up all the way. Or just remove it. Could be loose and dialed back on its own
That’s true could be something that simple. Can also check where the header bolts to the motor. That gets clogged up and you can’t also remove the plate in there which will open it up.
I rebuilt the top end, and it definitely improved overall power. I also dropped down to a 65 main jet. I’d say it’s running at about 90% compared to when we got it 7 years ago which is good enough for now. It has good throttle response on the stand but seems to still hesitate slightly before hitting the powerband when my son rides it. I’m thinking about replacing the reeds and clutch springs to see if that helps.
Awesome! I am actually doing reeds and fuel mix delete this spring too!
Hi, just bought one to my son. Its a 2019 model. Have the same sound ( piston slap) as yours had. Do you mean that is OK if there is piston slap or do you recommend to rebuild the top end?
If you can’t do it yourself, just rebuild it. It’s cheap and you’ll know you aren’t hurting anything. However you don’t have to
Thanks for the reply ✌️ think I will rebuild it sooner or later.
Hope it turns out great! Thanks for the comment!
I like the original handlebars ,but seems your son thinks he has a corner on cool ! 😂
Lol, he has actually grow to really like them. Bike works much better and it’s actually more comfortable too. Thank you for the comment
Did you pull the governor screw out?
You mean the throttle stop?
man that ga damn wrist pin!!! in the time it took me to install it I could have done 12 car piston sets haha.
Yeah I know! Lol
him: says they run through anything me: what about my pw50 and getting it wet it just stops
Lol 😂
Check the boot that goes over the top of the spark plug. Had a pw50 once and bought from a guy when it had been raining. Ran fine until hit a puddle then just kept stopping so he sold it to me cheap. Took me ages to find why but constantly through any puddle and would stop. Just a small amount of water was getting onto plug and I guess shorting it out.
When a 10 year old just passed you on the outside
What bars did you replace these with? I'm in a similar situation and those look just about perfect for my frame.
I will look and see…. They were just European angle bars on eBay. They’re really nice!
I just bought a "cafe'd" 1979 XS1100 Special, and it had the slammed cafe bars - I changed them to 7/8" Renthal ultra low #758 bars - PERFECT - keep in mind if you want to add bar end mirrors, the inside diameter for these aluminum bars are 14MM versus the old steel bars at 17MM.
Sounds good. Thanks and good luck with the bike! I’m actually doing a Seca 2 cafe for the channel as well
34 Millimeters ! , how stupid can you get, that equals 1-11/32" you need to learn metric measurement. You just measured CENTIMETERS, which is about 13-3/8" approx.
I meant 340 millimeters just misspoke…. It’s tough making videos while trying to work. I measure everything in millimeters from working on suspension so much and still made a mistake lol. Thanks for watching though!
Just a tip for you, when trying to remove the shocks , with the bike on the center stand, use a long lever under the rear tire and slightly lift to take the weight off the shock, it will easily slide off, and instead of banging the bushing with a hammer, apply a little smear of white lithium grease and squeeze it with a bench vise until its fully inserted in the shock, also apply a little smear of grease on the shock mount stud to lube that as well. And when your finished be sure to wipe away any excess lube that may squeezed out in the lubricated areas. Good luck, your still learning!
Thanks yeah if you read what I put on the screen I had a long pry bar under the rear tire, but the 43 year old rubber still put up a fight lol. I also used graphite dry lube spray, should have mentioned that too. Thank you for watching!
That car would be dead to me
Lol it’s a motorcycle that I’m giving away to a subscriber. It’s been nothing but trouble lol
Yikes
Expensive lol
Nice video!
