Outstanding video!! So much excellent information and insight, and I really enjoyed the camaraderie between Fred and Oskar! Everyone who enjoys and covets Wiemer's wines should watch it, I think it's so important to understand all the variables that need to be understood and used to make such fine wines...it makes calculus look like child's play, LOL!! Thank you for taking the time to put this together...excellent job!!

How do you guys measure rainfall/temperature and things of that nature at each vineyard site?
We have weather stations at each vineyard that measure temperatures, rainfall, and other climatic parameters.
Saperavi in clay is a natural match ;)
